Fire safety companies · WhatsApp marketing

The refill reminder, the quote and the service report all travel by WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a fire safety company means using the app your buyers already answer for enquiries, quote follow-up, service reminders and report delivery. GullySales sets up a business number, writes the messages and records each conversation against the building, using only contacts who agreed to hear from you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For fire safety companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The urgent enquiry starts there”

A facility manager with an expired extinguisher taps the WhatsApp button on a listing or sends a photograph of the tag. Whoever replies with a clear question and a visit slot wins the job, and a missed message goes to the next supplier.

  • “Committees decide in group chats”

A society's hydrant or AMC quote is argued over in a residents' group. A forwardable message with the scope, the figure and a contact name travels further than a PDF attached to an email that nobody opens.

  • “Personal numbers lose the record”

When engineers use their own phones, the history leaves with them. A shared business number with assigned replies keeps conversations, photographs and quotes in one place the company owns.

  • “Reminders are welcome only when relevant”

A message naming the equipment and its due date is read as service. A broadcast about fire safety sent to a bought list is deleted, and may be reported to the platform.

What we do

What we deliver for fire safety companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A branded business number

A WhatsApp Business profile with company name, services, address, working hours and a catalogue of refill and service items, linked from your listings and site.

Result: Enquiries land on a number the company owns.

  2. Reply routing and first-response wording

Who answers, what is asked first (building, equipment, deadline) and how a visit slot is offered, written as short messages your team can send.

Result: Every enquiry gets the same useful first reply.

  3. A permission-based contact list

Customers added with their agreement, noted in the record, with a simple way to stop receiving messages.

Result: You message only people who said yes.

  4. Reminder messages for due dates

Templates for refill, hydro test, audit and AMC dates that name the equipment and offer a booking.

Result: A reminder asks for one thing: pick a visit.

  5. Quotes and service reports delivered by chat

A routine for sending quotes, reports and photographs on WhatsApp and copying them to email and the building record.

Result: Documents sent are documents filed.

  6. Conversations logged in the CRM

Messages that change a stage, such as an approval or a reschedule, recorded against the building.

Result: The team can see what was agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

The WhatsApp messages a fire safety desk keeps ready for clients.

Business number greeting
The company name, the hours and one line asking for the building type and the location, so the urgent enquiry starts well.
Refill reminder
Sent to clients whose extinguishers are due, naming the floor and the type of unit, with a reply to book a pickup.
Quote delivery message
The bill of quantities as a document, with a plain summary of scope and what is left out.
Service report message
The visit report after each service, with the date and the engineer's name, so the admin can file it.
Permission note
The line where a client agreed to receive reminders, stored with the date and the wording used.
Group chat summary
For a society, a one-paragraph note the secretary can forward to the committee, with the AMC terms in it.

Who it is for

This is written for these fire safety companies.

  • Fire protection system contractors for hydrants and sprinklers
  • Fire alarm and detection system integrators
  • Fire extinguisher dealers and refilling services
  • Fire audit and fire safety consultancy firms
  • Gas suppression and kitchen suppression specialists
  • Fire door, signage and passive fire protection suppliers
  • Fire safety training and mock drill providers
  • AMC-led maintenance companies for residential societies and commercial buildings

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your engineers reply from personal numbers and will not move to a shared one, so the record would leave with them
  • You have no permission from clients to send reminders, so the list should be asked first

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send a broadcast to everyone in our contact list?
Only to people who agreed to receive messages from you. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging, since they change. Broadcasting to bought or scraped numbers invites complaints and a blocked number, and builds no trust.
Is WhatsApp enough, or do we still need email?
Keep both. WhatsApp suits reminders and quick questions. Approvals, contracts and formal quotes need a document trail an admin team can file, so send those by email as well and say so in the chat.
Should engineers reply from their own phones?
Not for company enquiries. A shared business number keeps conversations with the company when staff change. Engineers can still call customers directly, and the outcome is noted in the record afterwards.
Can a client's security guard receive our service report?
Send the report to the person the contract names, such as the admin or facility head. A guard is not the decision-maker, and the report may carry findings. If the site wants a copy at the gate, ask the client in writing which number to use.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
