Fish farms · Website

Give the hotel purchase manager one page that proves the farm is real.

A website for a fish farm is a small set of pages stating what you grow, what sizes you supply, how you pack and deliver and how to reach you. GullySales works on the content, the photographs and a layout that loads on an ordinary mobile phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fish farms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers check before they commit”

A hotel purchase manager asked to try a new supplier will look the farm up. A page with real photographs and clear terms answers the doubt; an empty search result raises it.

  • “Visitors arrive on a mobile phone”

A farmer, a trader or a chef opens the page from a message. If it loads slowly or needs pinching and zooming, they close it and ring someone else.

  • “The phone number must be the first thing seen”

A buyer wants to call. A button that rings the farm, and a WhatsApp link beside it, matter more than a long welcome message.

  • “Do not state what you cannot prove”

Words about purity, safety or growth invite a challenge. Describe the water, the feed given and the handling you follow, and check any further claim with your fisheries adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for fish farms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page

What the farm grows, where it delivers and who to call, with a call button and a WhatsApp link.

Result: A page where a buyer finds the phone number without scrolling.

  2. Species and size pages

A page for each fish, with sizes, packing and the days you deliver.

Result: Pages a chef can read before placing an order.

  3. A supply and visit page

How hotels and caterers order, and how families book a pay-and-catch day.

Result: A page with the booking number and the terms stated.

  4. A photo and video gallery

Pictures and short clips of the pond, the net and the packing, taken on the farm.

Result: A gallery made from your own footage.

  5. A contact and map section

The address, the Google map pin and the directions in the local language.

Result: A section that guides a visitor to the gate.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What the farm's page must show a hotel buyer checking it out.

Who runs the farm and where
A home page with the farm name, district, the owner's name and a phone number at the top. A purchase manager looks for a real place before asking for a rate.
Species and sizes we grow
A page for each species with photographs at harvest and the sizes the farm supplies. Say harvest depends on the pond, so the buyer does not expect stock all year.
How a lift works
A page on booking, weighment, ice, crates and payment. A trader reading it learns what the farm expects and what it provides before the first order.
Visit the farm
A page with directions, the days the farm opens to visitors and the pond rules. Say who may visit, since a working pond has biosecurity needs.
Contact for trade buyers
A short form asking species, quantity and town, with a WhatsApp link. The form reaches the owner as a full enquiry, not a missed call.

Who it is for

This is written for these fish farms.

  • Freshwater pond farms growing rohu, catla and mrigal
  • Pangasius and tilapia farms selling to processors and wholesalers
  • Cage culture units in reservoirs and large water bodies
  • Farms growing murrel, magur and other air-breathing fish
  • Fish farmers' groups and societies selling together
  • Farms with a pay-and-catch pond or a farm-visit weekend
  • Integrated farms with a fish pond beside paddy, poultry or dairy
  • Farms that supply table-size fish to hotels and caterers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The family has no one to keep the page current after the first harvest, and an old harvest notice on the page misleads buyers
  • You would list rates on the page, which cannot follow the market and would be quoted back at the farm
  • The farm has no photographs of its own ponds, and stock pictures would be the first thing a hotel buyer doubts

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a website worth it for a small farm?
A Google profile and a WhatsApp number come first. A small site makes sense once you supply hotels or host visitors, and it can be only a few pages. We would say at the start if it is too soon.
Who keeps the website up to date?
You should be able to change a harvest date, a size or a photograph yourself or by sending it to us. We agree this at the start, so the page does not go out of date after the first harvest.
Why should a fish farm's page avoid a fixed price list?
The rate for a lot changes with the market, the size and the day, so a printed figure is soon wrong and is used against the farm in a negotiation. Show the species and sizes and invite the buyer to ask for the rate of the next harvest.
Is a page worth having for a small farm?
Yes, when the farm wants buyers it has not met. One page with the farm's name, species, sizes and a phone number is enough for a hotel purchase manager to check. A larger site is not needed until there are enough enquiries to answer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
