Home service franchise networks · CRM

Give every booking, franchisee and candidate one record with a named owner.

A CRM for a home service network holds every booking, every repeat customer and every franchise candidate with a named owner and a next step. GullySales works on setting up the fields, stages and routing rules in the tool you choose.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For home service franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A booking has two owners at once”

The call centre holds it until a franchisee accepts, and then the franchisee holds it. Without a field showing who owns it now, nobody knows whom to chase.

  • “Repeat customers sit in franchisees' phones”

A customer serviced last summer is saved in a technician's contacts, not the brand's. The reminder for next season never fires, and the customer calls whoever appears first in search.

  • “Candidates and customers share a sheet”

A franchise enquiry added to the booking sheet is lost among service calls. The two need separate pipelines with their own stages.

  • “Territory data is in several files”

The list of taken and open pincodes lives in different people's spreadsheets. A candidate asks about an area and the answer takes days.

What we do

What we deliver for home service franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Booking pipeline

Stages from received to assigned, accepted, completed and reviewed, with the owner shown at each.

Result: Any booking shows who holds it now.

  2. Candidate pipeline

Stages from enquiry to territory check, call, document stage and signing, with the pincode asked for on every record.

Result: The franchise team sees each candidate's territory first.

  3. Customer and job history

A record of each customer's past jobs and the next due service, kept at brand level.

Result: Reminders can be sent from the brand's own data.

  4. Territory master list

One list of every pincode with its status and franchisee, shared with sales and the call centre.

Result: The answer to an area question comes from one list.

  5. Franchisee access rules

What each franchisee can see and edit, limited to their own territory.

Result: A franchisee sees their bookings and no one else's.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields worth keeping

These are the fields a home service network needs on each record.

Pincode and territory owner
Filled by the call centre or form. It names the franchisee who should receive the booking.
Booking status and time of acceptance
Updated by the franchisee. It shows which bookings were taken, which lapsed and how long a resident waited.
Job history at the address
Entered by the technician after the job. It lets the next visit start from what was done before.
Candidate stage and territory asked
Entered by the franchise team. It keeps two candidates from being promised the same area.
Consent to be contacted again
Asked at booking and recorded, so a repeat reminder goes only to people who agreed.

Who it is for

This is written for these home service franchise networks.

  • Pest control franchise networks
  • Home cleaning and deep cleaning franchise brands
  • AC and appliance repair franchise networks
  • Plumbing and electrical on-call franchise brands
  • Home painting and renovation franchise networks
  • Water purifier and RO service franchises
  • Sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning franchises
  • Multi-service home care brands with territory franchisees

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Franchisees will not enter data until the agreement says who owns the customer data, and a system built before then would stay empty.
  • The call centre takes bookings in a notebook and has no stable fields, so a tool would copy the confusion.
  • Customer and candidate sheets are one file, and loading them into a tool before they are separated would mix the two.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We sit with the people who sell and write down how a deal moves from enquiry to payment, including where it stalls.

  2. 2

    Agree stages, fields and owners

Each stage gets a name your team already uses and a proof that the deal has left it. We agree which fields are required at which stage, and who may change what.

  3. 3

    Build on a copy

Pipeline, fields and views are built on a trial copy where the CRM offers one, or in a separate pipeline where the plan allows. Live work stays untouched.

  4. 4

Connect channels, then switch on automations

Channels are connected first. Each automation is then switched on separately, so a misfiring rule is easy to find.

  5. 5

    Test with real deals

The people who will use the CRM run open deals through it. Gaps are fixed before the whole team switches over.

  6. 6

    Switch over and trim

Once real use shows which fields stay empty and which stages nobody uses, those are cut and the handover record is updated.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which CRM should a franchise network choose?
One your call centre and franchisees will open on every job. We compare a few in ordinary use in India against your volume and phone habits, and you decide.
Will franchisees accept entering data?
They do when the tool saves them effort, such as a WhatsApp prompt to confirm a job. Heavy forms get skipped. We keep the entry to a few fields.
Who owns the customer data?
Settle that in the franchise agreement with your own legal adviser. We build the records so that brand-level data stays with the brand, and data protection rules differ, so check with your own adviser.
Who sees a customer's address in the CRM?
Only the franchisee for that territory and the call centre. Limit access by territory and remove it when the franchisee leaves. Put this in the franchise agreement. Check the data rules that apply to your network with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
