Laundry franchise brands · CRM

Keep every candidate, outlet and pickup customer in one record your team can trust.

A CRM for a laundry franchise brand is the shared record of franchise candidates, outlet customers and bulk clients, with the status of each. GullySales sets up the fields, stages and views so your team knows who to call next and who has gone quiet.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For laundry franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Candidates and customers need separate pipelines”

A franchise candidate moves from enquiry to site visit to agreement. A household moves from first pickup to repeat booking. Mixing both in one list hides the stage of each. Two pipelines under one system keep the picture clear.

  • “The phone number in the register goes unused”

An outlet staff member writes the customer's number in a book and nothing follows. Entering it in the CRM at the counter, with the garment type and date, lets the brand remind the customer before the next season.

  • “Premises details belong on the candidate record”

Shop size, frontage, floor and city decide which format suits the candidate. Held in a note on someone's phone, they vanish when that person leaves. Fields on the record keep them where the team can see.

  • “Bulk clients need a named contact and a date”

A PG or a small hotel has a person who approves and a date for renewal. A record with both lets your outlet quote on time and reach the right person.

What we do

What we deliver for laundry franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Candidate pipeline set-up

Stages for enquiry, call, site check, proposal and decision, with fields for city, premises and format.

Result: You see where each candidate sits.

  2. Customer record for outlets

A simple entry with name, locality, garment type and last pickup, usable at the counter.

Result: Outlets can find a customer before the next season.

  3. Bulk client tracker

A view of hotels, PGs and clinics with contact, linen volume noted by the outlet and renewal date.

Result: Bulk accounts have an owner and a next step.

  4. Source and owner fields

Fields showing where each lead came from and who on your team handles it.

Result: No enquiry sits without a named person.

  5. Simple views for daily use

Saved lists such as candidates to call, customers to remind and quotes pending.

Result: Staff open the system and see their own work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields worth keeping

Keep fields that separate the candidate pipeline from the household and bulk clients.

Candidate stage and premises status
Filled by the franchise team after each call, showing whether the candidate has a shop and where the talks stand.
Outlet in charge of the customer
Assigned at first pickup, so a complaint or reminder goes to the right counter.
Household's garment mix
Noted by the outlet, such as silk, woollens or daily wear, which lets the next offer match.
Last pickup date
Entered by the rider or the counter, and read by the outlet to spot a household that has gone quiet.
Bulk client contract date
The date the arrangement ends, with the contact person, so renewal is a task, not a surprise.
Source and owner
Who brought the lead and who follows it, so no candidate is called by two people.

Who it is for

This is written for these laundry franchise brands.

  • Dry cleaning and laundry outlet franchises
  • Pickup point and hub-and-spoke laundry franchises
  • Premium garment care and saree cleaning franchises
  • Self-service and coin laundry franchise formats
  • Shoe, leather and bag care franchises
  • Doorstep laundry franchises serving gated communities
  • Linen services for small hotels and PGs under a franchise name
  • Laundry franchise start-ups with fewer than ten outlets

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your outlets are franchisees with their own books, and the brand has not agreed what customer data it may hold.
  • Your counter staff will not enter pickups, and the first fix is to agree the routine.
  • You have a handful of customers and a diary works, so software would add effort.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We sit with the people who sell and write down how a deal moves from enquiry to payment, including where it stalls.

  2. 2

    Agree stages, fields and owners

Each stage gets a name your team already uses and a proof that the deal has left it. We agree which fields are required at which stage, and who may change what.

  3. 3

    Build on a copy

Pipeline, fields and views are built on a trial copy where the CRM offers one, or in a separate pipeline where the plan allows. Live work stays untouched.

  4. 4

Connect channels, then switch on automations

Channels are connected first. Each automation is then switched on separately, so a misfiring rule is easy to find.

  5. 5

    Test with real deals

The people who will use the CRM run open deals through it. Gaps are fixed before the whole team switches over.

  6. 6

    Switch over and trim

Once real use shows which fields stay empty and which stages nobody uses, those are cut and the handover record is updated.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can small outlets use a CRM?
Yes, if the entry takes seconds. We keep the fields few and let outlets enter at the counter or through a shared sheet before moving to a fuller tool.
Which CRM should we choose?
Pick one your team will open daily. We compare the tools on cost, ease of use and whether outlets can use it from a phone, then help you set up the one that fits.
Who owns customer data, the brand or the outlet?
Decide this in your franchise terms and a written note. We build the CRM to follow that rule, with clear access for brand staff and outlet managers.
Who owns the customer record, the brand or the outlet?
Settle it in the franchise agreement and tell customers what is held and why. The reason is that both sides use the data and a dispute damages the relationship. Rules on personal data differ, so check the position with your own legal adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
