Laundry franchise brands · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the chat a customer already uses into the pickup booking line.

WhatsApp marketing for a laundry franchise brand means using chat for pickup bookings, status updates and franchise enquiries. GullySales designs the number, the first reply and the message routines, and asks you to check the platform's current rules before any bulk sending.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For laundry franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Pickup is booked by message”

A household wants to send an address and a time, not fill a long form. A chat that confirms the slot and names the rider fits how people already arrange deliveries.

  • “One number for the brand is not enough”

Customers expect the outlet nearby to answer. A brand number that routes to the right outlet, or outlet-level numbers under shared rules, keeps replies local and prompt.

  • “Status updates reduce calls to the counter”

A message saying the garments have been collected, cleaned and are out for delivery answers the question before it is asked. It also gives the customer a record in the chat.

  • “Franchise candidates use chat too”

An investor may prefer to send a location pin and a photo of a shop on chat. A candidate route on the same platform, handled by sales staff, lets them share premises details with ease.

What we do

What we deliver for laundry franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Booking flow by chat

A set of questions for name, address, slot and garments, with a confirmation message.

Result: A booking arrives as a clear summary for the outlet.

  2. Outlet routing rule

A rule that sends each chat to the outlet covering the customer's locality.

Result: Customers reach the outlet that serves them.

  3. Status message set

Approved messages for collected, in process, ready and out for delivery.

Result: Customers see the progress of their order in the chat.

  4. Candidate chat route

A separate number or label for franchise enquiries, with first replies drafted by sales.

Result: Candidate chats do not mix with customer chats.

  5. Opt-in and sending note

A short guide on getting permission and on checking the platform's current rules.

Result: Outlets message only people who agreed to hear from them.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Run the pickup booking through the chat and route it to the right outlet.

Pickup request
A reply that asks for the address, the number of garments and the day wanted, and names the outlet that will collect.
Garment photo or care label
A saved reply for special items, asking for a photograph of the label and the stain.
Tag and pickup confirmation
A message with the tag count and the rider's name or the counter's name.
Ready and delivery message
The delivery window as the outlet commits to it and a request to check the bag on receipt.
Franchise enquiry
A reply to candidates that asks about premises and city, and sends the format note.
Opt-in for offers
A line at pickup asking if the household wants seasonal offers, with a way to stop.

Who it is for

This is written for these laundry franchise brands.

  • Dry cleaning and laundry outlet franchises
  • Pickup point and hub-and-spoke laundry franchises
  • Premium garment care and saree cleaning franchises
  • Self-service and coin laundry franchise formats
  • Shoe, leather and bag care franchises
  • Doorstep laundry franchises serving gated communities
  • Linen services for small hotels and PGs under a franchise name
  • Laundry franchise start-ups with fewer than ten outlets

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You use one number for all outlets, and the first task is to split the chat by outlet.
  • You plan to send offers to a bought list of numbers, which the platform may restrict and the recipients did not ask for.
  • No one answers after the rider has gone home, and a promise of reply would break.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the business API?
It depends on your volume and the features you want. A small chain may start with the business app, and a larger network may need the API for routing and templates.
Can we send offers to everyone on the list?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and within the platform's current rules. Check those rules before each campaign, because they change.
Who answers the chat after hours?
Set an automatic first reply that states hours and offers a booking form, then have the outlet respond on the next working day. That gives the customer clarity without a promise you cannot keep.
Who answers the chat after the outlet closes?
Set an auto-reply that names the hours and the next step, and let the outlet answer when it opens. A promised late reply that nobody sends is worse than a clear hours note. Check the platform's current rules on automated replies before turning one on.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
