Medical equipment rental · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the late-night message with an item, a deposit and a delivery slot.

WhatsApp marketing for a medical equipment renter means using WhatsApp Business to answer enquiries, confirm orders and keep in touch with families, clinics and agencies who already know you. GullySales works on the replies, the catalogue and the rules for who gets a message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For medical equipment rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry arrives as a message”

A relative sends the item name and an address, sometimes late at night. A reply with a photographed rate card and no slot sends them to the next number. The first answer should name the item, the deposit approach and when delivery is possible.

  • “Saved replies keep the voice steady”

Two staff answering in different ways confuse a family. A saved set of replies for item, area, deposit, ID needed and delivery slot makes every answer complete, and leaves room to add a personal line.

  • “Broadcasts to the wrong people annoy”

A message about a new stock sent to families who rented once for a short stay is unwelcome. Messages should go to people who agreed to receive them, in groups that fit, and check the platform's current rules.

  • “Documents travel on WhatsApp”

Families send ID copies and addresses by chat. Treat these as private: keep them off shared phones, delete them when no longer needed and tell your team who may open them.

What we do

What we deliver for medical equipment rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Name, hours, address or area, item list and a greeting that tells a caller how to reach a person at night.

Result: The profile tells a visitor what you rent and when you answer.

  2. A catalogue of items

Each item with a clear photograph of cleaned stock, a description of what the rental includes and the deposit approach.

Result: A family can scroll the items and ask about one.

  3. Saved replies for the common questions

Item, area, deposit, ID, delivery slot, pickup and extension, written in plain words.

Result: Every enquiry gets a full first answer.

  4. A consent and list rule

Who may be messaged, how they agreed and how they can stop, kept with the order record.

Result: You can show who agreed to hear from you.

  5. A handover to a named person

A rule for who answers when and who takes over, so the chat never waits on someone off shift.

Result: Each chat has an owner at every hour.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Save these replies so every message answers the family fully.

Item and rent reply
Names the item, the rent basis and the deposit approach in short lines, with a photograph of a tagged unit attached.
Address and ID request
Asks for the address, floor and an ID copy only as your terms require, and says who on the team will see it.
Delivery slot confirmation
Gives the slot, the driver's name and a number to call. Record the time it was sent in case the family disputes it.
Out-of-hours greeting
Says plainly that staff are off duty and who answers first when the shift starts, without naming a time you cannot hold.
Pickup reminder
Asks the family for a convenient time to collect and states how the deposit comes back, in one short message.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical equipment rental.

  • Home-care families renting beds, concentrators and wheelchairs after a discharge
  • Post-surgery patients renting walkers, commodes and traction or mobility aids for a few weeks
  • Elderly-care households on longer monthly rentals
  • Nursing homes and small hospitals topping up beds and monitors for peak weeks
  • Home-nursing and home-care agencies that rent for their own patients
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics renting exercise and mobility equipment
  • Palliative and long-term care providers needing steady supply
  • Event organisers and sports bodies renting first-aid equipment for a day

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Nobody owns the number after hours, so the line would collect messages that wait for the next shift.
  • Staff use personal phones with no handover, so a family's chat would vanish when a team member leaves.
  • You plan to broadcast offers to people who rented once and never agreed to hear from you.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is the ordinary WhatsApp app enough?
For a very small stock, yes. WhatsApp Business adds a profile, a catalogue and saved replies, which suit this trade, so use it.
Can we send offers to past customers?
Only to those who agreed to receive them, and with a way to stop. Check the platform's current rules on business messages, and keep the tone helpful, not pushy.
Should we share the patient's details in groups?
No. Keep patient and address details out of groups. Share only what a delivery person needs, to the person who needs it.
Can we add the family and the nurse to one group?
Keep to a one-to-one chat unless every member agrees to a group. A group shows each member's number and the rented item to all, which is health-related. Add only people the family names, say what the group is for, and remove members when the rental closes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
