Power backup solution providers · Website

Build a site that lets an engineer see the system, the site types and the next step.

A website for a power backup provider is the place where an engineer, consultant or facility head checks that you design for their kind of site. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the assessment request so the site supports the sales call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

UPS and power backup dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Load survey and quotation. Record the load surveyed, the rating suggested and the items quoted, with each revision kept against the enquiry.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For power backup solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors look for proof of site type”

A hospital engineer scans for hospital work and a data room manager for data rooms. If the site shows a list of products and no site types, they cannot tell whether you have done their kind of job.

  • “The assessment request is the real conversion”

Visitors do not buy from a page. They ask for a visit. A clear request form near the top of each page, asking for site type and load, gives the sales engineer something to work with.

  • “Specifiers need documents they can download”

A consultant wants a capability sheet, the list of makes and a contact for technical queries. A site without these makes them search elsewhere.

What we do

What we deliver for power backup solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure by system and site

A layout with pages for each system and each site type, linked from the home page.

Result: A visitor reaches their site type in one click.

  2. Assessment request form

A short form for site type, load, backup duration and a contact, routed to a named engineer.

Result: Each submission reaches a person with the details needed.

  3. Downloadable consultant pack

A page offering the capability sheet and make list, with a contact for technical questions.

Result: A consultant can download the pack without calling.

  4. Anonymised project pages

Pages describing jobs by building type and load, with names only where permission is on file.

Result: The site shows hospital and bank work without naming the customer.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A review of how pages load and read on a phone at a site visit.

Result: The pages open and read cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Can I get your technical documents
A consultant pack download with specifications, test formats and handover documents.
Who services the site

Who it is for

This is written for these power backup solution providers.

  • Diesel generator system integrators for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Online UPS and battery bank system providers for data rooms and offices
  • Power backup specialists for hospitals and diagnostic centres
  • Telecom and data centre power backup contractors
  • Silent and gas generator installers for residential complexes
  • Generator rental and temporary power providers
  • Battery bank maintenance and replacement companies
  • Changeover panel and synchronising panel assemblers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your projects are all under confidentiality, leaving you nothing to show, and a site of claims alone would not persuade a specifier.
  • You cannot say which cities your engineers serve, which site visitors look for first.
  • You want a price list on the site, which would misstate the cost of designed systems.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
Review it first. If the structure can carry site-type pages and a request form, GullySales works with it. If not, a rebuild is the cleaner path.
Should the site show prices?
No, because a system depends on load and site. State what the assessment covers and what the buyer receives, and leave the price for the proposal.
Should we replace the old site?
Not always. If the structure can carry system pages, site pages and a request form, fix what exists. If it cannot be edited or loads slowly on a phone, rebuild. We look at the old site and the enquiries first, then advise.
Can the site show prices?
Not for designed systems. Price depends on load, runtime, enclosure and site works, so a figure misleads. Show what decides the cost and offer an assessment. For rental or a standard unit, a clear range from you may suit, but only if you can honour it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
