Sand and aggregate suppliers · WhatsApp marketing

Take orders where the site supervisor already types: WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a sand and aggregate supplier means using one business number to take orders, send rates and confirm deliveries to builders who already message. GullySales works on the number, the catalogue, the reply routine and the lists you message with consent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For sand and aggregate suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The builder orders by message from the site”

A supervisor with wet hands and a slab to pour sends a quick text with a location pin. A supplier who replies in the same thread with the rate, the tipper and the time wins the load.

  • “A personal number cannot be handed over”

When orders come to the owner's own phone, nobody else can reply and the history stays with the person. A business number with more than one person logged in keeps orders flowing when the owner is away.

  • “Broadcasts to the wrong people cost goodwill”

Sending a rate list to every number in the phone reaches retired contacts and people who never ordered. Lists should be of builders who agreed to receive messages, grouped by zone and material.

  • “A catalogue answers the first question”

Builders ask what grades you hold and what load sizes you carry. A catalogue on the business profile with materials, load sizes and an order button answers before the call.

What we do

What we deliver for sand and aggregate suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number set up

A WhatsApp Business account with name, hours, address and a greeting, shared among the team.

Result: Orders reach a number the whole office can answer.

  2. A catalogue of materials

Sand, M-sand, 20 mm, 40 mm and road base with load sizes and delivery areas.

Result: A builder sees what you supply before asking.

  3. Saved replies for common questions

Replies for rate, area, payment and timing of delivery, written in the language buyers use.

Result: The first answer is the same whoever sends it.

  4. A consent-based broadcast list

Lists by zone and material, with each builder asked before being added.

Result: Rate messages go only to people who agreed to receive them.

  5. An order confirmation message

A message with material, quantity, site, tipper and expected arrival, sent after each order.

Result: The builder has a record and so does the register.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Set up the business number to take orders from the site.

Catalogue of materials
Each material with a photograph, the grade and the unit. Answers the first question without a call.
Saved reply for rate enquiries
The day's rate with the date, and a request for the site and the quantity. Record the reply.
Order confirmation
Sent after dispatch, with the tipper number and the driver's contact. Record the load.
Consent for the broadcast list
Ask each builder once and write the date. Send the list only to those who agreed.
Handover of the number
The number belongs to the business, so a new clerk can take over the chat.

Who it is for

This is written for these sand and aggregate suppliers.

  • River sand and sand-substitute suppliers
  • M-sand suppliers
  • 20 mm and 40 mm aggregate suppliers
  • GSB, WMM and road base suppliers
  • Suppliers to RMC and block plants
  • Tipper fleets that deliver to sites
  • Suppliers with a stock yard in the city
  • Suppliers selling filling earth and gravel

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The only number is the owner's personal phone, and the orders would leave with it.
  • You plan to send the rate list to every contact in the phone.
  • Nobody is named to answer orders during working hours.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I send my rate list to all my contacts?
Send it to those who agreed to receive it. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging, and keep a record of who said yes.
Should I use the green app or the business app?
Use the business app, which has a catalogue, saved replies and a profile. Your adviser can tell you whether anything further is needed for larger broadcasts.
Can orders be automated?
Part of it. A form linked in a reply can collect material, quantity and site, and a person confirms the rate. We do not remove the human from credit decisions.
Can orders on WhatsApp be automated?
Part of the flow can be, such as the greeting and the questions on site and quantity. A clerk should confirm the grade and the delivery, since a wrong load costs more than a short wait. Check the platform's current rules on automated replies.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
