Water tanker suppliers · Digital marketing

Pick the online channels that put a truck at a gate, and drop the rest.

Digital marketing for a tanker supplier covers search, the map, messages and a few local ads, all aimed at the localities you can reach. GullySales decides which of these fit your fleet and your booking habits, and sets them up.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For water tanker suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fleet can only serve so much ground”

A truck that spends the day in traffic cannot reach every locality. Marketing to areas you cannot serve on time brings complaints. Choose the localities by where trucks can really go.

  • “Seasonal spend should follow the season”

A local ad run in the wet months pays for little. Money placed in the weeks before and during the dry spell, and on site supply when building picks up, does more.

  • “Search, map and chat form one path”

A buyer finds the profile, opens the website, calls or messages, and gets a booking confirmation. If any step is weak, the call is lost. The channels need to work as a chain.

  • “Counting calls beats counting clicks”

Clicks on an ad tell little. What counts is how many bookings came from it, which needs the source line in the booking sheet. Without it, every channel looks equally good.

What we do

What we deliver for water tanker suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel choice note

A plain recommendation of which channels to use for your buyers, with reasons.

Result: A short list of channels, each tied to a buyer type.

  2. Locality targeting list

The areas to focus on, picked from fleet range and booking history.

Result: A list of localities your trucks can serve on the promised time.

  3. Local ad set-up

A small local ad for the weeks before the dry season, with a clear offer and a number to call.

Result: An ad that points to a booking line, with the area set.

  4. Booking source tracking

The source line in the booking sheet and a way to read it by channel.

Result: A count of bookings by source at the end of the season.

  5. Seasonal plan

A plan that lines up channels with the dry season, the building season and the quiet months.

Result: A plan on one page that the owner can follow.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Channels that put a truck at a gate, and what each must carry.

Map listing
Service areas, number and hours matching every other listing. The first place the panicked search ends.
Area page on the site
One per locality served, with sizes and a call button. Answers the shortage search.
WhatsApp booking
A saved chat for repeat buyers. Where the confirmation and the receipt live.
Pre-season reminder to societies
A message before the dry spell. Spend follows the season, not the year.
Counting calls and trips
Track calls that became trips. Clicks show nothing about a delivered load.

Who it is for

This is written for these water tanker suppliers.

  • Suppliers of drinking and domestic water to apartments
  • Bulk tanker suppliers to construction sites
  • Industrial water suppliers to factories and boilers
  • Suppliers who draw from private borewells and wells
  • Suppliers who carry treated or filtered water
  • Small-truck suppliers serving independent houses
  • Fleet owners with several tankers and drivers
  • Brokers who aggregate tanker owners

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your fleet is fully booked, so spending to find more buyers would only create refusals.
  • Your phone and map listing are not right yet, and any other channel sends buyers to the same problem.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend on ads?
Set the amount against what a trip earns and what you can deliver. We do not fix a figure in advance, and we do not promise results. Check the platform's current rules for ads.
Is digital marketing worth it for a small fleet?
If the fleet is small, the aim is steady saved numbers in a few societies, and a profile and a chat number may be enough. Large spend would only create calls you cannot serve.
What do you need from us to start?
Your localities, the tanker sizes, the rates, the source of the water and last season's bookings. With those we can say which channels are worth setting up.
How do we decide what to spend on search ads?
Match spend to the weeks when buyers search and to the trucks you can send. Start small in the localities you serve, and count trips, not clicks. Stop when trucks are full; ads that send calls you cannot take hurt your name.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
