Wind energy companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for site notices, document sharing and the conversations villages already hold there.

WhatsApp for a wind company covers broadcast notices to landowners, sharing of maps and documents, and quick contact with plant operators. GullySales plans the groups, the message templates and the record-keeping, and tells you to check the platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For wind energy companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The village group is already there”

Landowners and panchayat members talk on WhatsApp whether the company joins or not. A company that publishes official notices in its own list speaks for itself.

  • “Operators send photographs, not emails”

A plant technician who spots a blade crack sends a photo. A service firm that takes enquiries on WhatsApp, with a person answering, meets the owner where they work.

  • “Documents need a record outside the chat”

A signed lease or a site map shared on WhatsApp can disappear into a thread. Each shared document needs a copy in your own files and a note in the record.

What we do

What we deliver for wind energy companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Notice templates

Short messages in the local language for meetings, works and payment notes.

Result: Every village receives the same plain wording.

  2. Group and list setup

A plan for broadcast lists by village, with admin rights and consent noted.

Result: People hear from you without a free-for-all chat.

  3. Service enquiry flow

A defined path for an operator who messages with a photo or a fault, from first reply to a logged job.

Result: Enquiries become records and not lost threads.

  4. Consent and opt-out record

A note of who agreed to receive messages and how they can stop.

Result: You know whom you may write to.

  5. Hand-off to the CRM

A habit of logging important chats in the shared record.

Result: The conversation outlives the phone it happened on.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Messages and documents a wind firm handles on WhatsApp.

Notice of a survey visit
Send the village group the date, the team's names and what they will measure, in the local language. Families then know who is on their land and why.
Photograph of a field issue
A landowner sends a photo of a damaged fence or a blocked path. Log it against the plot, reply with who will attend and close it when done.
Lease document copy
Share a draft only to the person on the lease and keep a record outside the chat. A message is not a signed document and must not be treated as one.
Operator's fault photograph
A farm operator sends a picture of a component. Save it to the turbine record and reply with the engineer who will review it.
Meeting confirmation with a buyer
Send the time, the attendees and the papers to bring. Keep it to the agreed contact and move any discussion of terms to email or a call.

Who it is for

This is written for these wind energy companies.

  • Wind farm developers and independent power producers
  • Turbine and component suppliers
  • Operations and maintenance companies for existing farms
  • Captive wind power suppliers to industrial groups
  • Land aggregators and site development firms
  • Wind resource assessment and survey firms
  • Repowering specialists for older sites
  • Hybrid wind and solar developers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have not asked landowners whether they want messages from the company, and a broadcast would reach families who never agreed to it
  • Staff use their own phones and the chats leave with them, so lease talk and promises would vanish when someone resigns

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to all landowners?
Check the platform's current rules and your consent record first. We plan lists and templates so that each person has agreed to hear from you.
Should staff use personal numbers?
A company number held by the team is safer. When staff move, the conversations stay with the company, and the contacts do not leave with a person.
Should we run a village group?
Only if the village wants one and a named officer moderates it. A group puts every family's questions in public view. Use it for notices, and take individual lease or compensation talk to a private call or visit, where a family can speak freely.
What can we send to a lender or agency on WhatsApp?
Reminders and meeting details only. Reports, approvals and agreements go by email with a reference, so there is a record the office accepts. Agencies and lenders do not treat a chat as a filing, and a wrong forward cannot be recalled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
