BPO, KPO and contact centre companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that appears when a buyer searches for the process, not the sector.

SEO for a BPO, KPO or contact centre company decides whether a buyer searching for outsourced collections, claims processing or multilingual support reaches your page or a generic directory. GullySales works on a page for each process you run and on the trust signals a buyer checks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For BPO, KPO and contact centre companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search for the work”

Searches look like outsourced customer support for an e-commerce brand or finance and accounting outsourcing for a small company. A page that names the work, the process and the checks answers them.

  • “A single services page loses”

One page listing voice, chat, back office and analytics cannot rank for any of them. Separate pages for each process, written with its own questions, can.

  • “Language and location searches carry intent”

A buyer needing Tamil, Kannada or Hindi support searches by language. A page that describes how that team is trained and checked brings in that buyer.

  • “Security and consent pages are searched”

Legal and security teams look up how a vendor handles personal data and recordings. A clear, current page on this answers them and builds trust ahead of any call.

What we do

What we deliver for BPO, KPO and contact centre companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each process

Collections, claims, support, back office, research and finance, each with inputs, checks and escalation.

Result: A buyer finds the page for the exact work.

  2. Language pages

Pages for each language team with a note on training and quality checks.

Result: Regional language buyers are found.

  3. A data handling and consent page

Plain wording on personal data and call recording, with a note that rules differ by country and sector and change.

Result: Security teams find answers before they ask.

  4. Case pages without client names

The process, the set-up and the lessons.

Result: Experience is visible without breaching a contract.

  5. Search reporting by page

Position and enquiries for each process page against a starting record.

Result: You see which process pages earn replies.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will we rank for BPO?
Not easily for the broad term. Narrow process pages are winnable and bring buyers with a task in mind.
Should the site mention client names?
Only with written permission. Contracts can restrict it. Describe the work without the name.
Do we need a page for each city we operate in?
If buyers search by location and you have a real centre there, a page describing it is useful. Do not create pages for places where you have no operation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
