Property lawyers · Local SEO

Be the name that shows when a buyer searches near the sub-registrar's office.

Local SEO for a property lawyer is the work of appearing on the map when someone nearby searches for legal help with a property. GullySales works on the listing, the address, the practice areas and the way clients are asked about their visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For property lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search near the office that holds the record”

The sub-registrar, the revenue office and the civil court draw buyers to a particular area. A chamber near one of them is easier to choose than a better one across the city, so the listing should say which area it serves.

  • “The listing's service type decides the search it joins”

A listing filed as a general law firm is shown for general law searches. One described by its property work, with practice areas named, joins the searches that mention title, registration and sale deeds.

  • “Reviews in this trade call for care”

A client may describe a result or name a property. Asking for such a review, or showing it as proof, can breach professional rules. Replies must reveal nothing about a file. Ask your Bar Council what an advocate may do before inviting reviews.

  • “The visit starts on the phone”

A client finds the chamber on a map, then calls to ask whether the advocate is in and what to carry. A phone that goes unanswered while the advocate is in court loses the visit, however well the listing ranks.

What we do

What we deliver for property lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified listing with accurate details

Name, address, hours and phone checked against the board outside your door and the letterhead.

Result: Anyone who walks in matches what the map promised.

  2. Practice areas named on the profile

Title verification, registration, mutation, lease documents and property disputes listed as the services you handle.

Result: The listing describes the work you want to receive.

  3. Photographs of the premises

The entrance, the waiting area and the signboard, so a visitor recognises the place on arrival. No client files or faces.

Result: A first-time visitor can find the door.

  4. A policy for reviews, checked with your council

A written note on whether and how reviews are invited, drawn up after asking your Bar Council.

Result: The office knows what may be asked and what may not.

  5. A missed-call routine

A rule for who returns calls received while the advocate is in court, and a message the caller receives.

Result: Every missed call is logged and answered by someone named.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the listing show court timings?
Show the hours the chamber receives clients, which differ from the hours of the court. Add a note on appointments if the advocate is unavailable during hearings, so the visitor does not travel for nothing.
May we reply to a review?
Reply politely and reveal nothing about the matter, the client or the property. A reply that discusses the file breaches confidentiality. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own Bar Council or adviser before publishing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
