3D architectural visualization studios · Website

Build a site where an architect finds the right building type and a priced scope.

A website for a visualisation studio holds the portfolio, the services and the route to a quote. GullySales designs the pages around how architects, developers and agencies look for a studio, not around a single gallery.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For 3D architectural visualization studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A gallery impresses and does not convert”

Beautiful images sit on a page with no brief, no scope and no way to ask. The buyer admires the work and returns to the search results to find a studio that explains itself.

  • “Load time matters for image-heavy pages”

Large renders slow a site that is opened on a phone between meetings. Images prepared for the web, with the full-resolution file offered on request, keep the page usable.

  • “The quote path is hidden”

Buyers want to know what to send and what happens next. A page that lists the files needed and offers an upload form gives them a next step before they decide to call.

  • “Trust comes from specifics”

Software used, number of revisions, how files are handed over and which clients allowed their names. Each detail is a reason to believe the studio is organised.

What we do

What we deliver for 3D architectural visualization studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Portfolio pages by building type and output

Apartments, villas, offices, retail, hospitality, interiors, walkthroughs and tours, each with projects and briefs.

Result: A buyer goes straight to the work that matches the brief.

  2. Service pages with scope

What each service includes, how revisions work and what the client supplies.

Result: The scope is stated before the first call.

  3. A quote request form

Fields for building type, views, deadline and a plan upload, linked to the enquiry record.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to price.

  4. A page for overseas architects

Files, handover, time zones and payment terms in one place.

Result: An architect abroad reads the terms first.

  5. Image and speed preparation

Images sized for the web, with a request link for the full file.

Result: The site opens cleanly on a phone.

  6. Permission-aware case pages

Case studies shown only where the client has agreed, with a clear note on credits.

    Result: Nothing appears without consent.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
A starting structure is better than a single figure. Explain what a price includes and what changes it, and invite a quote for the specifics.
Is Behance enough as a website?
It holds images but not your scope, your terms or your pages for search. Keep Behance as a showcase and use your own site as the place where enquiries start.
Can we update the portfolio ourselves?
Yes. The pages are built so that a new project follows the same fields, and GullySales shows the team how to add one without breaking the layout.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
