Artificial turf and synthetic grass installers · Content marketing

Write the answers a terrace owner is already searching for before calling you.

Content marketing for a turf installer is writing and filming the answers a buyer needs before they pick an installer: heat, drainage, upkeep, pile height and base. GullySales works with you on guides, job write-ups and short videos that carry your own site experience.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For artificial turf and synthetic grass installers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The doubts repeat in every enquiry”

Will it be hot in summer, will water collect, will the dog dig it up, how long will it last. Each is asked on every call. Writing the answer once, from your own jobs, saves the repeated explanation and makes you sound sure.

  • “A guide written from a catalogue reads like every other”

A paragraph copied from a manufacturer's sheet sits on other sites already. A paragraph that says what you do on a terrace with a poor slope, drawn from a job you did, cannot be found anywhere else.

  • “Sports buyers read specifications”

A box-cricket owner or a principal wants to compare pile height, infill and base. A clear page that sets out your specification, with a ground to visit, is the content that reaches them, and a committee can forward it.

What we do

What we deliver for artificial turf and synthetic grass installers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Question-led guides

Guides on heat, drainage, pets, upkeep and base preparation, written from your site experience in plain words.

Result: Each guide answers a question that appears in your enquiries.

  2. Job write-ups

A short article for a finished job covering the space, the problem found, what was done and what the owner now has.

Result: Every write-up names the space, the problem and the fix.

  3. A care page for existing owners

Cleaning, brushing and re-infill advice that doubles as a reminder to call you for repair.

Result: Existing clients receive a link that explains care and invites a call.

  4. Short videos from site

Clips of the base, the drain and the seam joining, each with a caption that explains what the buyer sees.

Result: You can watch a clip and understand the step it shows.

  5. A specification sheet for sports grounds

A page and a printable sheet setting out the pile, infill and base you use, for committees to compare.

Result: A principal can forward one document that states your specification.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
GullySales drafts from what you tell us about your jobs, and you correct it. Technical claims about heat or durability come from your own experience and the manufacturer's sheet. We do not invent figures.
Will competitors copy our guides?
Some may, so write from your own jobs and photographs, which cannot be copied. A guide that mentions a real slope in a real neighbourhood is yours.
How many guides do we need?
Start with the questions you answer on the phone again and again. A short set that answers the real doubts is worth more than a long list written for the sake of volume.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
