Senior living developers · Content marketing

Write the answers a family needs before they will agree to a visit.

Content marketing for a senior living developer is the guides, explainers and stories that help a family decide, written in plain language. GullySales works on the topics, the drafting and the review by your operator and lawyer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For senior living developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families read more than buyers of flats do”

A decision about where a parent will live draws long reading and repeated rounds of discussion. A guide on moving a parent from a large house gets shared among relatives and brings the household back.

  • “A guide that dodges care questions loses trust”

A family asks who looks after a resident after a fall, and what happens if needs grow. A page that talks around the answer reads as evasive, while a clear statement of what is and is not provided is remembered.

  • “Moving is an emotional step as well as a practical one”

A parent leaving a family home of decades faces a loss. Content that acknowledges this, and gives practical steps for the move, speaks to the whole household.

  • “Content has to stay in step with sales”

If a guide says one thing about deposits and the sales team says another, the family notices. One approved explanation serves both.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Family guide library

Guides on choosing a community, preparing a parent for a move, and questions to ask on a visit.

Result: Sales can send a link instead of retyping an answer.

  2. Ownership and charges explainers

One page for each model, approved by you and your lawyer, with the charges described in the terms you use.

Result: The same wording is used on the site and by the team.

  3. Operator-reviewed care page

A statement of services written with your operator, with named responsibility for each service.

Result: Each claim has an approving person.

  4. Resident stories with consent

Short stories about life in the community, written with the resident's written agreement.

Result: Each story has a consent record behind it.

  5. Editorial calendar

A list of topics matched to what families are asking, with owners and review steps.

Result: Your team can see what is planned and who approves it.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should approve health-related content?
Your operator for what services exist and your lawyer for how they are described. We draft; they approve. No page should state an outcome or a health benefit.
Can content replace a sales visit?
No. Content prepares the household and a visit confirms it. The aim is to make the first call better informed, not to avoid it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
