Turnkey construction companies · Local SEO

Appear when a plot owner searches for a builder near the land they own.

Local SEO for a turnkey construction company is the work that puts your Google Business Profile, your office address and your city pages in front of an owner searching for a builder in their locality. GullySales sets up the profile, the service areas and the project pages around the places you have built, then records which calls and site visit requests came from a map search.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For turnkey construction companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner searches by locality, not by trade”

A family with a plot in a growing suburb types the suburb and the word builder into the phone. A profile that lists only the city name, with no locality, never appears for that search, even if you have finished houses two streets away.

  • “Your office is not where the work is”

Many turnkey builders work out of one office and build across several towns. Google weighs the pin on the map heavily, so a service area list and a page for each town matter more than the address printed on the card.

  • “Photographs on the profile are read as proof”

An owner scrolling the map result looks at the pictures before the rating. Finished houses with the street visible tell them you build here. Renders and stock photographs tell them nothing, and a profile full of site-office selfies reads as unfinished.

  • “A competitor with a nearer pin gets the first call”

When two profiles look equal, the owner rings the one that shows closest. You cannot move your office, but you can add a site office or a sales desk at a real address that you run, and give it an honest profile of its own.

What we do

What we deliver for turnkey construction companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set up for your trade

The profile filled with the right main service, the build types you take, your service areas, opening hours and a phone line that is answered, with the same name and address everywhere you are listed.

Result: The profile reads as a builder of houses and shows where you work.

  2. Service area and locality list

A written list of the towns and localities you build in, checked against the projects you have actually handed over, so the profile claims only ground you cover.

Result: You appear for localities where you can send a site engineer.

  3. Locality pages tied to real projects

One page for each town or suburb where you have built, naming the project, the build type and the plot size, with photographs the client has agreed to.

Result: An owner in that locality finds a house like theirs near them.

  4. Photograph and post routine for the profile

A shot list for finished houses, running sites and the office, and a plan for adding a post when a stage completes, always with the client's agreement.

Result: The profile shows current work, not a gallery frozen at set-up.

  5. Listings checked for one name, address and number

Your entries on directories and map apps compared and corrected, so the firm name, address and phone number match the website.

Result: No old number or spelling sends an owner to a dead line.

  6. Call and direction tracking by profile

Calls, direction requests and site visit enquiries from the profile logged against the baseline recorded before the work starts.

Result: You see whether map searches are producing owners who build.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

A plot owner searches by locality and build type, so the profile should answer in those words.

turnkey builder near me
The primary profile with the office address, the phone and photographs of real sites, so the owner sees a company with a place.
house construction contractor in a locality name
A service area entry for each locality you build in, with a line naming a completed project there.
villa builders with design and construction
A service line for design and build, with photographs of a finished villa and a plain list of what the contract covers.
construction company reviews
A set of owner reviews collected after handover, each answered in a way a future owner can read.
builder for a small warehouse
A separate service entry for commercial work, since a business owner searches differently from a family building a home.

Who it is for

This is written for these turnkey construction companies.

  • Residential turnkey construction companies
  • Villa and independent house builders
  • Commercial fit-out and turnkey contractors
  • Structural design and build firms
  • Renovation and remodelling contractors
  • Industrial shed and warehouse builders
  • Multi-project turnkey developers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no real address where the business operates or a phone that is answered, so a Google profile would be unverifiable.
  • You build in towns where you have no office or completed project, and the profile would draw calls you cannot serve.
  • You have no finished project photographs to place on the profile, which leaves it looking empty beside a nearer builder.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a shop front to have a Google profile?
You need a real address where the business operates and a phone that is answered. A rented office or a site office you run can qualify. Check the platform's current rules before listing, and never use a virtual address, since a suspended profile loses everything on it.
Should we ask clients to review us on the profile?
Yes, after handover, once the snag list is closed. Ask in person and send a link. Do not pay, gift or pressure anyone for a review, and do not write reviews yourselves. Reply to each one politely, including a poor one, in a way a future owner can see.
Will the profile bring enquiries from towns we do not serve?
Some, if the service area is wide. List only the places you build in and say so on the profile description. Calls from outside can be answered politely with a referral to a builder there, which also keeps your team's time for plots you can reach.
Can the profile list towns I do not build in?
No. List the places where you have built or will build. A wide service area draws calls you must decline, and it can look careless to a plot owner who knows the town. Check the platform's current rules on service areas before changing the profile.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
