Turnkey construction companies · Website

Let an owner see real completed projects and request a site visit in one step.

A turnkey construction company website shows real completed projects by city and build type, states the process clearly, and makes requesting a site visit simple. GullySales organises the project pages, writes the process explanation, and connects the enquiry form to your booking routine.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For turnkey construction companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Project pages are organised by city and build type”

An owner picturing a villa in their city finds a matching project faster when pages are organised that way.

  • “The process is explained upfront”

A clear explanation of what happens from enquiry to handover reduces the uncertainty that keeps owners away.

  • “The enquiry form leads to a booking”

Capturing plot location and build type upfront lets the company schedule a visit quickly.

What we do

What we deliver for turnkey construction companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project pages organised by city and build type

A page per completed or ongoing project, structured by city and build type so an owner finds a matching example.

Result: An owner sees a project that looks like the one they are picturing.

  2. Process explanation page

A page walking through what happens from enquiry to handover, including milestones and how estimates work.

Result: An owner understands what to expect before they ever call.

  3. Site visit request form

An enquiry form capturing plot location and build type upfront, connected to your booking routine.

Result: A request for a visit arrives with the details needed to schedule it.

  4. Simple project upload tool handed over

A straightforward way for your team to add new completed project photos to the site without outside help.

Result: The site keeps showing current work without waiting on anyone else.

  5. Website enquiries tracked in the report

Enquiries from the website, by city and build type, included in the report against your baseline.

Result: You see which pages are actually bringing in site visit requests.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a turnkey builder's website must show before an owner invites you to the plot.

What the contract includes and what it does not
List what turnkey covers: design, approvals, structure, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting. List what the owner pays for separately, such as the plot, registration or furniture.
Specification levels with brands named
Show each specification package with the cement, steel, tile and sanitaryware brands. An owner can then compare quotes item by item.
Payment linked to stages
Show how payments follow stages such as foundation, slab, brickwork and finishing, and that each stage is inspected before the next payment.
Drawings and approvals: who does what
Say who applies for sanction from the local authority, who prepares drawings and structural design by a licensed structural engineer, and what the owner signs.
What you check at the plot visit
Describe what you look at on site: soil, access road, boundary, utilities and local setback rules. It shows the owner you plan before you price.
Defect liability in writing
State the defect liability period and what it covers after handover, with a short list of what is outside it. Owners ask this late, and happily when it is already written.

Who it is for

This is written for these turnkey construction companies.

  • Residential turnkey construction companies
  • Villa and independent house builders
  • Commercial fit-out and turnkey contractors
  • Structural design and build firms
  • Renovation and remodelling contractors
  • Industrial shed and warehouse builders
  • Multi-project turnkey developers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You cannot show a single completed project with photographs and the owner's consent, so the pages would hold only claims.
  • Nobody will answer the site visit form, so every request would sit unread.
  • You have no sample contract or scope to put beside the projects, and the site would answer the first question but not the second.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a cost calculator on the site?
A general cost-per-square-foot range works well; a precise calculator can oversimplify the estimate process.
Who updates the site after launch?
We hand over a simple way to add new completed projects ourselves.
Can clients see progress photographs of their own site online?
Yes, through a private shared album or a password-protected page for each client, separate from the public website. Post photographs of the stages after each is inspected. Clients feel less anxious, and fewer calls go to the site engineer asking for an update.
Do we need a separate page for each city we build in?
Only for cities where you really build and can show a completed project. A page for a city with no work looks empty and invites calls you cannot serve. Name each city's local approval body and typical plot type on its page so the content is not copied.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
