Hospital management software providers · Lead generation

Bring in hospitals whose size and speciality match the system you actually sell.

Lead generation for a hospital management software provider means attracting administrators and owners whose facility fits what the product handles today. GullySales works on the search pages, referral routes and enquiry questions that separate a nursing home from a chain before anyone books a demo.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For hospital management software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A module list brings in the wrong enquiry”

A clinic owner who searches for billing software and lands on a page about multi-branch reports will ask for a price and vanish. Enquiries improve when each page names the facility it is written for, so the visitor recognises their own set-up.

  • “The consultant who set up the nursing home is a lead source”

Equipment dealers and hospital consultants are asked which software to buy while a new facility is still being fitted out. If nobody gives them a short note and logs the introduction, the recommendation goes to whichever vendor they met last.

  • “A TPA rejection starts a search”

The administrator whose claim bounced over a wrong code searches that same evening for something better. A page that speaks to that moment meets the buyer while the problem is fresh, and a generic homepage does not.

What we do

What we deliver for hospital management software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Facility-type enquiry pages

Separate landing pages for clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and chains, each with its own short enquiry form.

Result: Each enquiry arrives labelled with the kind of facility that sent it.

  2. Qualifying questions on the form

Questions about bed count, speciality, branches and the system in use now, asked in plain words.

Result: The sales team reads the facility profile before the first call.

  3. Introducer note and log

A short note for consultants and dealers to pass on, plus a record of who introduced which hospital.

Result: You can see which introducer sent which hospital.

  4. A claims-desk page

A page for the person facing rejected TPA claims, written around the bill and the coding problem.

Result: A searcher with a claims problem lands on a page about claims.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Qualify the facility before a demo is booked.

Type and number of beds
Asked on the form: single-doctor clinic, nursing home or multi-speciality hospital. It decides which edition and which demo the enquiry gets.
Departments to be covered
Registration, billing, ward, pharmacy, lab or claims, ticked by the sender, so the sales team knows which modules the buyer really needs.
Current system or paper
Whether the hospital runs on paper, a spreadsheet or an older system, since a data migration changes the whole conversation.
Who is asking and their role
Owner, administrator, accounts head or IT person, recorded at first contact so the follow-up speaks to their concern.
Who introduced the enquiry
A consultant, a TPA desk or an existing customer, logged with their name so the introducer gets a courteous reply.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospital management software providers.

  • Clinic management software for single-doctor and small practices
  • Hospital information systems for nursing homes and mid-size hospitals
  • Multi-speciality and multi-branch hospital chain systems
  • Diagnostic centre and laboratory information systems
  • Pharmacy and hospital store management software
  • Dental, eye and physiotherapy practice software
  • Patient app and teleconsultation tools sold with the main system
  • Insurance and TPA claim modules

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your implementation team is already stretched, so more hospitals in the pipeline would only mean delayed go-lives for those who signed.
  • You cannot yet say which facility sizes your system fits, and enquiries from the wrong size would waste demos.
  • No one has agreed how to answer a hospital that asks for a named reference you may not give.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How do we stop clinics with no budget filling our pipeline?
Name the facility each page is for and ask about size on the form. A single-doctor practice then recognises a clinic route and a hospital chain recognises another, which keeps the sales team out of mismatched calls.
Should we buy lists of hospitals?
A purchased list tells you a hospital exists, not that it has a problem. Outreach works better when it follows a trigger such as a new wing, a claims problem or a consultant introduction. GullySales works from those triggers.
Can we count a request for a price list as a qualified lead?
Not on its own. A price request tells you little about size, modules or who decides, and hospital software depends on all three. Ask the beds, the departments and the role of the sender before you book a demo, and mark the enquiry open until those are known.
How do we handle a hospital that wants a named reference?
Offer a call with a customer who has agreed, and never name a hospital without its written consent. Hospitals guard their patients and their vendors, so keep a short list of willing references and say plainly when a name cannot be shared.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
