Mobile app development companies · Website

Make the studio's website prove its apps exist before anyone asks.

A website for an app studio is where a founder confirms that you have shipped real apps, that the people exist and that there is an easy way to start. GullySales works on the portfolio, the service pages and the enquiry path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For mobile app development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A grid of screenshots proves little”

Anyone can place mockups on a page. A founder trusts a case that opens on a Play Store or App Store listing, with a named problem, a stated first version and a way to ask the client.

  • “The home page talks about technology”

A list of frameworks and languages answers a question buyers did not ask. They want to see which apps you build, who for, and what happens after the first call.

  • “The contact form asks too little or too much”

A box that says message gives the studio nothing to act on. A twelve-field form scares an owner who is still deciding. Four well-chosen questions get a usable brief.

  • “The site is slow on the phones buyers use”

A founder opens the link on a mid-range phone on mobile data. A heavy site with large animations loads slowly there, and a studio selling app performance loses trust at the first tap.

What we do

What we deliver for mobile app development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A portfolio led by store links

Each case page shows the live listing, the problem, the users and the content of version one, with client consent.

Result: Every case page opens on something a visitor can install.

  2. Service pages for each kind of app

Pages for ordering, booking, delivery and MVP builds, each with an example, a plain account of ownership and upkeep, and a route to a call.

Result: A visitor finds a page on the exact kind of app they want.

  3. A team page that names the people

Photos, roles and short bios of the lead developer and the people a client will deal with.

Result: A buyer can see who would build their app.

  4. A short enquiry form and WhatsApp button

Four questions and a chat button that opens a message with the right prompt already typed.

Result: An enquiry arrives with the idea, the users and a way to reach the sender.

  5. Speed and phone checks

Pages tested on a mid-range phone and an ordinary connection, with the heaviest assets fixed.

Result: A written note of what was tested and what changed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Prove on the site that the apps exist, then ask for the brief.

[studio name] portfolio
A cases page with the app name, the store link and what the app does. A grid of screenshots proves little; a store link proves a lot.
app development for [sector]
One page per sector you serve, such as clinics or schools. Each page lists the screens that sector needs and one real example.
app development process
A page showing each stage and what the client signs at each. Answers the founder's question about how a build runs.
app maintenance and support
A page for existing clients and for owners of abandoned apps. Explains what you take on and what you do not.
contact an app development company
A short form asking for the app's purpose and a way to reach the founder. Too many fields lose the lead; too few waste your time.
app development pricing
A page on cost drivers and how scoping works. Whether to publish a price is the head of sales' decision, and the page should say so honestly.

Who it is for

This is written for these mobile app development companies.

  • First-time founders building a consumer app with a small seed budget
  • Restaurants, salons and retail chains wanting their own ordering or loyalty app
  • Clinics and diagnostic chains wanting a booking and report-delivery app
  • Schools and coaching institutes wanting a parent and student app
  • Logistics and field-service companies needing an app for drivers and technicians
  • Startups needing an MVP before a funding conversation
  • Companies replacing an app a previous vendor abandoned
  • Overseas clients outsourcing app builds to an Indian studio

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The site is slow on a typical phone, and fixing that comes before any new page.
  • You cannot show a live app or a client-approved case, so the portfolio page would be empty.
  • The contact form goes to an inbox nobody checks, and no new page can fix that.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for each kind of app?
No. One site with a page for each kind of app is easier to keep accurate and builds authority in one place. Separate sites split your effort.
Should we show prices on the site?
Show what moves a price and give a range only if you can stand behind it. A published figure invites comparison with a freelancer, so explain the factors, and offer a scoping call for a real quote.
What must the website have before we run ads?
A case page with a store link, a service page for the app in question, a short enquiry form and a WhatsApp route. Ads sent to a general home page waste the spend.
Should the site show client logos?
Only logos of clients who agreed in writing. A logo without permission breaches trust and can breach a contract. If every client is under NDA, show the process and the type of work instead, and say why.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
