POS software providers · Website

Give each trade its own page, with the screens that trade uses.

A website for a POS software provider is a set of trade pages, a hardware list and a comparison page, each leading to a demo request or a call. GullySales works on the page structure, the words, the demo flow and the form that reaches a named person.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For POS software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot serve every trade”

A restaurateur, a pharmacist and a mobile shop owner need different first lines. A home page that sends each to a page for their own trade lets every visitor see a counter they recognise within one click.

  • “Visitors look for a price before anything else”

Owners want to know whether the software is within reach. A page that states a starting point, and what the price covers and omits, keeps the visitors who are a fit and spares calls from those who are not.

  • “The phone is the screen that matters”

Shop owners browse on a mid-range phone between customers. Pages that load slowly, or demand a long form, lose them. Short pages with a call button and a WhatsApp link match how they actually browse.

  • “A demo request must reach a person”

A form that goes to an unwatched inbox wastes the visit. The form should name who will call, and the page should offer a WhatsApp option for the owner who prefers a message to a call.

What we do

What we deliver for POS software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map by trade

The structure of trade pages, hardware page, comparison page and dealer page, with how each links to the others.

Result: Every visitor has a clear path to their trade.

  2. Trade page copy and screens

Written pages for each trade with real screenshots and short recordings of the billing, stock and report screens.

Result: Each page shows that trade's own counter.

  3. A pricing page

A page stating what a starting price covers, what hardware and renewal add, and what is not included.

Result: The owner can read the cost as a whole.

  4. A dealer page

A page for dealers explaining the arrangement, the support and how to apply, separate from the owner pages.

Result: Dealers have their own entry point.

  5. Demo form and WhatsApp button

A short form and a WhatsApp link on every page, both routed to a named person.

Result: Every enquiry lands with someone responsible.

  6. Speed and phone checks

Pages tested on a mid-range phone and a weak connection, with images reduced where they slow loading.

Result: The site works on the phone an owner uses.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These are the searches each trade page has to answer within the first screen.

Answer with a pharmacy page showing the batch screen and expiry alert on a demo account, plus a demo request button.
cafe POS with table management

billing software price India
A pricing page that states a starting point and what it covers keeps the visitors who fit and spares calls from those who do not.
POS dealer partner sign up
A dealer page with terms, region and a form that goes to a named person, separate from the owner's pages.

Who it is for

This is written for these POS software providers.

  • Retail shop billing and inventory software
  • Restaurant, cafe and cloud kitchen POS
  • Pharmacy billing with batch and expiry tracking
  • Salon, spa and clinic appointment and billing software
  • Supermarket and grocery POS with weighing scale support
  • Multi-store and franchise POS with central reporting
  • Mobile and electronics shop billing with serial number tracking
  • Garment and footwear POS with size and colour variants

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your demo form goes to an inbox nobody watches, so a better site would only collect enquiries nobody answers.
  • You have not settled what the price covers, so a pricing page would invite disputes at the first call.
  • Your site must serve both owners and dealers on one page, which would confuse both until the routes are split.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site have a free trial button?
If you offer a trial, make it the main action and say plainly what the owner gets. If the trial needs a dealer visit, say so, and offer a callback instead.
Do we need a separate site for dealers?
A separate section is enough. Keep it on the same site so dealers see the owner pages and know what their customers have been told.
Do owners use the website on a phone or a computer?
Mostly a phone, between customers. Build for a mid-range handset on a weak signal, with a call button and a WhatsApp link above the fold. Test it on a real phone at the counter, since a layout that looks fine on a desktop can hide the button.
Should the site show screenshots of real customer shops?
Only with written consent and with bills, customer names and stock figures hidden. Use a demo account by default. A real shop's screen can show a competitor's pricing or a customer's details, and the owner may not realise it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
