VLSI and chip design service companies · Website

Make the site read like a design review, not a staffing brochure.

A website for a chip design services firm is where an engineering manager checks competence and a procurement reader checks safety. GullySales plans pages by flow, a data handling page and a vendor pack request, in the words engineers use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For VLSI and chip design service companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Engineers judge in seconds”

A manager lands, scans for the flow and the tools, and leaves if the page is vague. The first screen should name what the firm does in precise terms.

  • “Procurement looks for evidence of safety”

The vendor reader looks for a security and data page, company details and a contact. A site without them feels like a risk.

  • “Logos can mislead”

A wall of client logos without permission can harm both sides. A page that explains how the firm protects client identity can earn more trust than a row of marks.

  • “The contact route must filter”

A form that asks the flow, tools, duration and team size reaches a useful conversation. A plain contact link invites recruiters and students.

What we do

What we deliver for VLSI and chip design service companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure

A map of pages by flow, engagement models, data handling, team and contact.

Result: A reader reaches the relevant page in a click or two.

  2. Flow pages

Pages for each flow with tools used, block types and a method note.

Result: An engineer can judge the firm quickly.

  3. Data and confidentiality page

A plain page on access, storage and project closure practice.

Result: A procurement reader finds the practice stated.

  4. Vendor pack request form

A form that asks for company, flow and need, and sends the pack.

Result: Qualified requests arrive with facts.

  5. Team profiles

Profiles of the senior engineers with their areas, with consent.

Result: A buyer can see who they would work with.

  6. Speed and accessibility

Checks on loading, mobile reading and text size.

Result: The site reads well on any device.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Pages that read like a design review and filter the enquiries.

Flow page for verification
Methodology, testbench work, tools and handover, in the words of a verification lead. Ends in a request for a capability note, not a quote form.
Flow page for physical design
Floorplan to sign-off, with the checks run and the tools used. Names no node unless the engineer who did the work confirms it.
Data and confidentiality page
How client data is handled, where it is stored, who can access it and what the NDA covers. It answers procurement before they ask.
Vendor pack request
A form that asks for the buyer's company, role and the flow they care about. It sends the pack that suits and creates the vendor record.
Team profiles
Named engineers with skills and experience described in general terms. Needs each engineer's consent and the lead's review.

Who it is for

This is written for these VLSI and chip design service companies.

  • Fabless semiconductor start-ups
  • Product companies building SoCs and embedded boards
  • Global semiconductor firms with India design centres
  • Automotive and electronics firms moving into custom silicon
  • Verification and validation outsourcing buyers
  • Physical design and implementation teams
  • FPGA and prototyping project owners
  • Academia-linked research labs and incubators

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Every engineer on the team is hidden behind NDA, and a site of anonymous claims would read as the brochure the buyer distrusts.
  • No one in the firm can answer a vendor pack request, so the form would collect enquiries that nobody owns.
  • Your tool and flow list is not confirmed by the engineers, and a published error would cost credibility.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our team?
Show senior engineers who agree and whose employers' terms allow it. Buyers want to see who will lead. GullySales drafts the profiles and each engineer approves.
Do we need a secure client area?
Not for marketing. Keep design material off the public site. If a client portal is needed for delivery, treat it as a separate project with security review.
Should the site mention certifications?
Mention only those the firm holds, in plain words and with dates your adviser has checked. Do not claim a status that is not documented.
Should we show client logos?
Only where the client has agreed in writing, and even then a logo can mislead a buyer about the work you did. Prefer a description of the flow and method. Under NDA, the safer course is to say what you do and leave names out.
Do certifications belong on the site?
Show those you hold, stating the body and the scope, with the certificate available on request. Procurement looks for them, but an engineer cares more about method. Place them on the data and confidentiality page, not the home page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
