Wi-Fi solution providers · CRM

Keep every survey, quote and support contract in one record the whole team can read.

A CRM for a Wi-Fi solution provider holds each property, contact, survey, quote and contract in one place, so nothing depends on a single person's memory. GullySales works on setting up the stages, the fields and the habits that make the record true.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For wi-Fi solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A project has a long path and many hands”

An enquiry becomes a call, a survey, a design, a quote, an installation and a support contract. If these live in separate notebooks, the owner is asked the same questions twice and the quote waits unseen.

  • “The support contract is the real asset”

A renewal date missed is income lost without a conversation. The record should show the contract term, the equipment installed and the last visit, so the renewal call starts with facts.

  • “Surveys need a result, not just a date”

A survey done and not followed is cost without return. The record must show the outcome, such as quote sent, owner thinking or lost to a cheaper vendor, and the reason.

  • “Several contacts sit behind one property”

The owner, the manager and the IT vendor are all involved in a hotel deal. A CRM that holds one name per property loses the relationships that decide the order.

What we do

What we deliver for wi-Fi solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Stages that match your sales path

Enquiry, qualified, survey, design, quote, order, installed and under support, set up in the tool you choose.

Result: Anyone can see where each property stands.

  2. Property and contact records

Fields for property type, floors, user count, existing vendor and every person involved.

Result: The record describes the building and the buyers.

  3. A contract and renewal register

Contract start, term, equipment and last visit held against each property, with reminders set.

    Result: No renewal passes unnoticed.

  4. Lost-reason capture

A short list of reasons used when a quote is lost, picked at the time.

Result: You can see why quotes fail, from your own data.

  5. Team habits and a short guide

A one-page guide on what to record after each call and visit, and who owns each stage.

Result: The record stays current because the habit is simple.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields worth keeping

The fields a Wi-Fi provider needs on each site, quote and support contract.

Property type and floor count
Filled at the first call by whoever answers. It lets the engineer plan the survey and lets you later see which property types become orders.
Survey date and engineer
Filled by the engineer after the visit, with the coverage map attached. It stops a second visit being booked for a site already walked.
Quote value and decision-maker
Filled by the sales lead. It shows who has to approve and whether the quote sits with someone who can say yes.
Contract start and renewal date
Filled when an order closes. It feeds the reminder that tells the team to contact the customer before the support contract ends.
Access point list per site
Filled by the installing engineer with model, location and serial. It lets a support engineer arrive knowing what is mounted where.

Who it is for

This is written for these wi-Fi solution providers.

  • Wi-Fi design and installation companies for hotels and resorts
  • Campus Wi-Fi providers for schools, colleges and hostels
  • Hospital and clinic wireless network specialists
  • Warehouse and factory Wi-Fi providers for scanners and handhelds
  • Guest Wi-Fi and hotspot operators for malls, cafes and restaurants
  • Office and coworking space Wi-Fi integrators
  • Managed Wi-Fi service providers working on annual support contracts
  • Outdoor and point-to-point wireless link installers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Only one person quotes and installs, and a plain notebook of sites still holds everything, so a system would add typing without adding anything you can see
  • Nobody has agreed which fields are filled at the call and which after the survey, so the records would stay half empty

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We sit with the people who sell and write down how a deal moves from enquiry to payment, including where it stalls.

  2. 2

    Agree stages, fields and owners

Each stage gets a name your team already uses and a proof that the deal has left it. We agree which fields are required at which stage, and who may change what.

  3. 3

    Build on a copy

Pipeline, fields and views are built on a trial copy where the CRM offers one, or in a separate pipeline where the plan allows. Live work stays untouched.

  4. 4

Connect channels, then switch on automations

Channels are connected first. Each automation is then switched on separately, so a misfiring rule is easy to find.

  5. 5

    Test with real deals

The people who will use the CRM run open deals through it. Gaps are fixed before the whole team switches over.

  6. 6

    Switch over and trim

Once real use shows which fields stay empty and which stages nobody uses, those are cut and the handover record is updated.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which CRM should we use?
The one your team will open daily. Pick on your size, your budget and how the tool handles WhatsApp and quotes. We help set it up and do not push a brand.
Can we start with a spreadsheet?
Yes, if it has the stages, the contacts and the renewal dates and one person keeps it honest. Move to a CRM when the sheet slows you down or two people edit it at once.
Where do access point lists belong, the CRM or a network tool?
Keep a short list in the customer record, with model and location, so support can find it. A detailed configuration belongs in the network management tool you already use. The customer record points to it. Duplicating both invites mismatched versions.
Who owns the data on a managed customer's network?
Treat passwords, logs and configuration as the customer's. Store login details in a proper password manager, never in a CRM note, and agree in writing what you hold and what you return if the contract ends. Take advice on data duties for your own case.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
