Wi-Fi solution providers · WhatsApp marketing

Let the hotel manager send a photo of the dead corner and get an answer on the same thread.

WhatsApp marketing for a Wi-Fi solution provider is using the app owners already live in to receive complaints, share survey plans and handle support. GullySales works on setting up the business number, the replies and the rules that keep the thread useful and permitted.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For wi-Fi solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner sends a photo before a call”

A manager shows the corner where guests lose signal, or the scanner screen that keeps freezing. A business number that receives images and replies with a clear next step turns a casual message into a survey.

  • “Quotes and maps travel well on the thread”

A coverage map and a one-page proposal can be sent and forwarded to the owner or trustee in seconds. That forwarding is how a deal reaches the second decider you never met.

  • “Support requests need a visible route”

A hotel in peak season wants one number that is watched. A shared support thread with a named person and a recorded ticket beats calls to an engineer's personal phone that go unanswered.

  • “Broadcasts to owners must be permitted”

Sending offers to people who never asked harms the number and the name. Use opt-in lists, give a plain way to stop messages, and check the platform's current rules before sending anything in bulk.

What we do

What we deliver for wi-Fi solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up properly

Profile, catalogue of services, greeting and away message entered for your Wi-Fi work.

Result: A new enquirer sees a clear business, not a personal number.

  2. Reply templates for each stage

Saved replies for first enquiry, survey booking, quote sent and support logged, in your wording.

Result: Common questions get the same good answer every time.

  3. A support intake on the thread

A short form of questions the owner answers, giving site, fault and urgency, passed to the engineer.

Result: Each support request arrives with what the engineer needs.

  4. Opt-in message lists

Permission captured at survey and handover for updates on renewals and upgrades.

Result: You message only people who agreed.

  5. Hand-off into the CRM

Each conversation tied to the property record so history is not stuck on one phone.

Result: A colleague can pick up any thread.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Messages and moments a Wi-Fi provider handles well on WhatsApp.

Photo of the dead corner
A manager sends a photo or a floor number. Save it against the site record so the engineer reads it before the survey, and reply with the questions the qualifier needs.
Survey visit confirmation
Send the engineer's name, the visit date the owner agreed and what to keep ready, such as access to the rack room. It prevents a wasted trip.
Coverage map after the survey
Send the map as an image with two lines on what it shows. The owner can forward it to a partner or committee without a meeting.
Fault report from a support customer
A customer reports the failing area and sends a photo of the access point light. Log it, confirm receipt and tell them who is attending.
Contract renewal reminder
Message the contact with the renewal date and the visits done in the term. Send it only to people who have asked for messages from you.

Who it is for

This is written for these wi-Fi solution providers.

  • Wi-Fi design and installation companies for hotels and resorts
  • Campus Wi-Fi providers for schools, colleges and hostels
  • Hospital and clinic wireless network specialists
  • Warehouse and factory Wi-Fi providers for scanners and handhelds
  • Guest Wi-Fi and hotspot operators for malls, cafes and restaurants
  • Office and coworking space Wi-Fi integrators
  • Managed Wi-Fi service providers working on annual support contracts
  • Outdoor and point-to-point wireless link installers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have not asked customers whether they agree to receive messages from you, so a broadcast would breach their consent and the platform's rules
  • Engineers use personal numbers with no shared record, so a conversation would be lost when one of them leaves

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should engineers use their own numbers?
Better not. A shared business number keeps the history with the company and survives staff changes. Engineers can be named in the thread so the owner still knows who is coming.
Can we send offers to every hotel we know?
Only to those who have agreed to receive them. Cold bulk messages risk the number and the name. Ask for permission at survey or handover, and check the platform's current rules.
Should customers report faults on WhatsApp?
Yes if a shared business number is watched during working hours and every report is logged. Customers like to send a photo, and it helps the engineer. Tell them what the channel is for, since a fault outside the hours you cover needs a different route.
Can we share a customer's network details on a group?
Do not. Passwords and network names sent to a group stay on every member's phone. Share only the fault and the location, and hand credentials through a safe method agreed with the customer. This is a security habit, not a formality, for a Wi-Fi provider.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
