Ayurveda clinics · Local SEO

Appear on the map when someone nearby searches for an Ayurveda doctor.

Local SEO for an Ayurveda clinic is the work of showing up in map results and near-me searches for the locality the clinic serves. GullySales works on the Google listing, the locality pages and the review replies.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For ayurveda clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Treatment is a course, so distance decides the choice”

A patient who will visit again and again picks a clinic that is easy to reach. The search is the concern plus the locality, such as an Ayurveda doctor in Indiranagar. A clinic with no locality on its listing or page is missing from that search.

  • “A listing without a physician photograph looks unattended”

Patients compare listings before they ring. A blurred shopfront and no face of the doctor give the patient nothing to trust. Clear photographs of the entrance, the consultation room and the physician answer the question the patient is silently asking.

  • “Opening hours that are wrong send patients to a locked door”

A clinic that closes between sessions but shows all-day hours loses the patient who arrives to find the shutter down. That patient writes the review the clinic then has to live with.

  • “Review replies are read by the next patient”

A reply that is thoughtful and does not discuss another person's health in public shows the clinic listens. A pile of unanswered comments shows the opposite.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Listing set-up and clean-up

Name, address, hours, services, photographs and booking link checked against what the clinic does.

Result: The listing matches the door a patient will find.

  2. Locality pages

A page for each area the clinic serves, with directions, landmarks and the concerns seen.

Result: A search for a concern in a locality can match a page.

  3. Physician and clinic photographs

A brief for photographs the clinic can take on a phone, with what to include.

Result: The listing shows people and rooms, not a blurred frontage.

  4. A review request habit

A polite message from the front desk after a visit that asks for an honest review and links the listing.

Result: The clinic collects reviews without bargaining for them.

  5. Reply wording for the front desk

Short, courteous replies for praise and for complaints that never reveal a patient's health details.

Result: Every review has a considered reply.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ayurveda clinics.

  • Single-physician Ayurveda clinics with an in-house medicine counter
  • Ayurveda clinics inside a hospital or a multi-speciality polyclinic
  • Ayurveda skin and hair clinics
  • Ayurveda clinics for women's health, including PCOS and postnatal care
  • Ayurveda clinics for joint, back and spine problems
  • Ayurveda clinics for digestive and lifestyle disorders
  • Branches of an Ayurveda clinic chain in several localities
  • Online-consultation practices that courier medicines to patients in other cities

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a discount for reviews?
Do not. Platforms have rules about rewarding reviews, and health advertising rules differ by profession and state. Ask honestly, and check the platform's current rules and your own adviser.
We have two branches. Do they need separate listings?
Yes. Each location with its own address and physician hours needs its own listing, with its own phone line and photographs.
Will the listing bring patients on its own?
Not by itself. The listing is the first thing a patient sees, and it needs a reachable phone, a fee statement and a booking route behind it. We work on all of those together.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
