Bridal makeup studios · Website

Build a site where a family sees the look, the package and the next step at once.

A website for a bridal studio is the place a family goes to check the portfolio, the packages and the team before they message. It has to work on a phone and lead to a date enquiry. GullySales works on the structure, the portfolio, the package pages and the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For bridal makeup studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The phone is the screen”

Families open the site on a phone, often in a wedding-planning chat. A heavy gallery that stalls, or a form that needs zooming, loses the visit before a single look has been seen.

  • “A package page needs a starting price”

A family that finds no figure assumes the studio is out of budget and goes elsewhere. A starting price for each package, with travel and extras noted as quoted separately, keeps the right families reading.

  • “The portfolio should filter by look and skin tone”

A bride wants to see someone like them. Filters for finish, region and complexion take a visitor straight to relevant work instead of a long scroll.

  • “The team page is part of the sale”

Families want to know who arrives on the morning and who covers if the lead artist is unavailable. Named artists with their own work answer that before it is asked.

What we do

What we deliver for bridal makeup studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Look-led home page

A first screen showing the best work across skin tones, with a clear route to packages and enquiry.

Result: A visitor sees the work and the next step together.

  2. Filtered portfolio

A gallery that filters by finish, region and function, with captioned pictures.

Result: A bride finds work close to their own look.

  3. Package pages

One page per package, with what is included, a starting price and what is quoted separately.

Result: The family knows what each package covers.

  4. Team and backup page

Profiles of each artist with their own portfolio and the way backup is arranged.

Result: A family sees who might arrive on the day.

  5. Date-first enquiry form

A form that asks for date, venue and function first, then contact details, and offers a trial request.

Result: Every submission can be checked against the diary at once.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Instagram shows the work, while a website holds the packages, the team and the enquiry form in a place you control. Search engines also read a website more easily.
Should the site show the full price list?
Show a starting price for each package and say what is quoted separately. A full price list invites comparison before the family has seen the work.
How do we keep the portfolio current?
Add looks after each wedding, with consent, and retire old ones when the style dates. Name one person responsible for it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
