Functional fitness centres · Local SEO

Appear in the map results when a neighbour searches for coached training nearby.

Local SEO for a functional fitness centre is how your Google Business Profile and nearby searches put the studio in front of people within travelling distance. GullySales works on the profile, the reviews process and the area pages that make the centre easy to find and easy to choose.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For functional fitness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “People choose by distance and then by reviews”

A batch has to fit around the school run or the office commute, so the first filter is how near the studio is. After that the person reads reviews for the coach's manner, not the equipment.

  • “The profile is set up like a gym”

Listed under gym, a centre attracts people expecting a machine floor and a rate card. The profile should name the coached, small-group format so that the wrong visitors skip it and the right ones stop.

  • “Photographs show empty floors”

A visitor wants to see ordinary adults training with a coach. Images of kit and bare rooms answer none of the questions a nervous beginner is carrying.

  • “Reviews arrive when the coach remembers”

Without a set moment for asking, the profile shows a few old reviews from the launch. Ask members after a session they enjoyed, in the coach's own words, and never offer anything in return.

What we do

What we deliver for functional fitness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile clean-up

Category, services, hours, batch descriptions and the booking link set correctly on the profile.

Result: The profile describes a coached studio, not a generic gym.

  2. Photograph and post plan

A list of photographs worth taking and short posts about batches, taken with member consent.

Result: The profile shows real people training.

  3. Review request routine

A short message the coach sends after a good session, with the review link, and a reply guide for each review.

Result: Every review gets a reply from the centre.

  4. Area pages

Pages for the neighbourhoods and societies the centre serves, written for people who live there.

Result: Local searchers find a page that names their area.

  5. Listing consistency check

The centre's name, address and phone checked across directories and map listings.

Result: The same details appear everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these functional fitness centres.

  • Coach-led small-group training studios

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate profile for each coach?
No. The profile belongs to the centre. Coaches can be named in posts and on the website, which carry their credentials, while the profile keeps one address and one set of hours.
What if a member leaves a poor review?
Reply politely, offer to talk offline and fix what can be fixed. Do not argue in public or ask for removal unless the review breaks the platform's current rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
