Pilates studios · Local SEO

Be the studio on the map when someone nearby wants a class they can keep attending.

Local SEO for a Pilates studio is the work of appearing in the map results for a person who wants a reformer or mat class within a short ride of home or office. GullySales works on the Google profile, the reviews and the neighbourhood pages that decide who is shown.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For pilates studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A twice-a-week class has to be near the commute”

Someone who books a reformer class twice in the same week picks a studio on the way to work or a short walk from home. The studio across the city loses that person however good it is, so the catchment follows the roads clients actually use.

  • “Reviews are read for names and for safety”

A nervous beginner scans the Google reviews for an instructor's name and for a sentence about being asked about injuries. A review that says lovely studio tells them less than one that says the instructor adjusted the exercise for a bad shoulder.

  • “The photograph is the first visit”

On the map listing the reader sees a room, a row of reformers and a face. Dark phone photographs of a corridor suggest a place not worth the trip, while a bright image of the actual class room gets the tap.

  • “Studios inside gyms and hotels lose their own name”

A Pilates room within a larger premises is listed under the building. Without its own name, hours and phone number on the profile, the studio does not appear when someone searches for Pilates near them.

What we do

What we deliver for pilates studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Google profile written for the studio

Class types, instructor names, hours, booking link and a description that says who the classes are for, entered correctly and kept consistent with the website.

Result: The profile answers what, when and for whom without a call.

  2. A catchment drawn from your own client addresses

The roads, offices and housing societies your regular clients come from, used to set the area and decide where offers are shown.

Result: You know which neighbourhoods fill the reformers.

  3. Photographs of the real room

The studio, the equipment, the changing area and the instructors, uploaded with the right labels and refreshed when the room changes.

Result: A new visitor sees the room before arriving.

  4. A review request handed over after the session

A short message with the review link sent while the client is still pleased, asking them to name the class and instructor in their own words.

Result: Recent reviews mention classes and people, not just stars.

  5. Pages for each area you serve

One page for each neighbourhood with directions, parking and the nearest landmark, rather than a list of area names at the foot of the home page.

Result: A person in a nearby area finds a page about getting to you.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We share a building with a gym. Should we have our own listing?
If the studio has its own name, hours and phone line, a separate listing may be possible. Check the platform's current rules, and keep the name identical on the website and the door.
Is it acceptable to ask clients for reviews?
Asking is fine. Offering a gift or discount in return for a review is against platform rules, so check the platform's current rules and ask plainly. Replying to every review in your own voice is worth doing too.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
