Premium fitness clubs · Local SEO

Be the club that shows up on the map when the neighbourhood looks.

Local SEO for a club means making the Google Business Profile, the listings and the location pages clear enough that a nearby household finds the club and books a tour. GullySales works on the profile, the listings and the way reviews are asked for and answered.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For premium fitness clubs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map is where the shortlist forms”

A household types club near me and looks at the three names on the map. They compare photographs, ratings and the opening hours before they ever read the club's own site.

  • “Photographs on the profile set the first impression”

An outdated or dark picture of the pool leaves a premium buyer unsure. The profile needs current images of the entrance, the pool, the courts and the lounge, with the right ones in front.

  • “Wrong hours cost a visit”

A profile that lists last year's pool timing sends a family to a locked door. A premium buyer does not give a second chance to a club that gets the basics wrong.

  • “Reviews are read for the crowd, not just the score”

A prospect scans the words for mentions of the staff, cleanliness and the kind of members. Answering each review courteously tells them the management is present.

What we do

What we deliver for premium fitness clubs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up and clean-up

Correct name, category, hours, facilities, booking link and a tour-booking button on the club's profile.

Result: The profile matches what the front desk would say on the phone.

  2. Photograph plan

A list of images to take, such as the pool, the courts, the studio and the reception, with captions.

Result: A shot list the club can hand to a photographer.

  3. Listings consistency

The club's name, address and phone checked across the directories families use, with differences corrected.

Result: One version of the details appears everywhere.

  4. Review request and reply routine

A courteous message for members who agree to leave a review, and reply wording for praise and for complaints.

Result: The front desk has a reply ready for each kind of review.

  5. Neighbourhood pages

Location pages for the townships and localities the club draws from, with directions and parking.

Result: A page for each area the club serves.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these premium fitness clubs.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you get us more reviews?
We prepare the request and the reply wording. Members decide whether to write, and we do not offer any reward for a review. Check the platform's current rules on asking.
Our club is inside a township. Does that change the approach?
It does. The profile needs the access route and the gate instructions, and a guest policy that explains who can visit. We write these into the profile and the location page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
