Premium salons · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a client nearby searches for a salon worth the price.

Local SEO for a premium salon is the work of showing on the map and in nearby results when a client searches for a salon close to home, work or a hotel. GullySales works on the profile, the photographs, the reviews and the catchment that decide who sees you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For premium salons

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The profile is read before the website”

A client who finds the salon on the map judges the photographs, the rating and the opening hours in a glance. A profile with a few dim pictures looks like a neighbourhood parlour, whatever the studio looks like inside.

  • “Reviews are read for the stylist's name”

A premium client scans reviews for a specific stylist and a specific service. Reviews that say nice staff tell them nothing, while reviews naming the colour work or the consultation carry weight.

  • “Hotel guests and visitors search by area”

Travellers and guests in a five-star hotel search for a salon near the hotel. A profile that names the area, the services and the booking route reaches people who will pay for convenience.

  • “Two outlets can compete with each other”

A salon with more than one outlet needs a separate profile for each, with its own photographs and hours. Sharing one name and one description makes the outlets fight for the same result.

What we do

What we deliver for premium salons.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile that looks like the studio

Fresh photographs of the interior, the stations, the products and the team, with a cover image that matches the salon's quality.

Result: The profile no longer undersells the place.

  2. Services and prices entered on the listing

Each main service listed by name with a starting price, so the client sees the price and chooses knowingly.

Result: Clients arrive having seen what it costs.

  3. A review request handed over after the service

A simple way for the client to leave a review at the desk, with a prompt to mention the stylist and the service.

Result: New reviews name people and work, not just warmth.

  4. Replies to every review

A written reply to each review in the salon's voice, including the critical ones, handled calmly and in public.

Result: A reader sees an owner who is paying attention.

  5. One verified profile per outlet

Separate profiles for each outlet with their own area, hours, phone line and photographs.

Result: The nearest outlet is the one shown.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Does the map ranking depend on the star rating alone?
No. Distance, relevance and the profile's completeness count along with reviews. A profile with strong photographs, correct hours and a clear service list stands a better chance than a rating by itself.
Can a salon inside a hotel have its own profile?
A salon with its own name, hours and phone line can be listed separately. Check the platform's current rules, and keep the name identical on the hotel's website and on the map.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
