Women's salons · Website

Give the salon a site that shows the hair, states the range and takes the booking.

A website for a women's salon is the one page set the salon owns, where a client sees real work, finds the price range and books without a long exchange. GullySales works on the pages, the photographs and the booking route that make it useful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For women's salons

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A client arrives with one question”

The client wants to know whether the salon does their kind of hair and roughly what it costs. A home page that opens with a slogan and makes the client hunt for the answer sends them back to the search results.

  • “Price ranges build trust and screen enquiries”

A page that gives a range by hair length, with a line about consultation, removes the fear of a surprise bill and gives the stylist a better-informed client. Hiding the price pushes the client to a competitor who shares it.

  • “The phone is the screen that matters”

Visits come from a handheld device, frequently by way of Instagram. A site that loads slowly, hides the booking button or shows tiny text loses the visit that social media worked to earn.

  • “Trust is built by the small details”

Staff introductions, hygiene practice, ladies-only wording, the address with a landmark and a clear refund or cancellation line all lower the nervousness of a first booking.

What we do

What we deliver for women's salons.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that answers the first question

A clear opening that states who the salon serves, the main services and a booking route.

Result: A visitor knows what you offer within a screen.

  2. Service pages with photographs and ranges

Pages for colour, smoothening, facials, waxing and bridal work with consented images and a price range by length.

Result: Each service can be read and booked on its own.

  3. A booking route that works on a phone

A WhatsApp button or booking form tested on small screens and linked from every page.

Result: A client can book in a few taps.

  4. A trust section

Staff, hygiene practice, the cancellation and deposit rule and the ladies-only statement on one clear page.

Result: The common worries are answered before the visit.

  5. Technical basics checked

Page speed, titles, structure and the connection to the Maps listing and Instagram reviewed.

Result: The site is findable and quick to open.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these women's salons.

  • Neighbourhood ladies salons with a few chairs
  • Hair studios known for colour and smoothening
  • Ladies salons attached to a boutique or a clinic
  • Salons inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Salons inside malls and on high streets
  • Franchise outlets of ladies salon chains
  • Salons with a bridal room alongside regular services
  • Salons that sell hair and skin products to take home

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram shows work, but the site holds prices, location and the booking route in a place you control and search engines can read.
Should we list exact prices?
Give a range by hair length and say that the final quote follows a short consultation. Exact prices for hair services vary with density and history.
Can we use stock photographs?
Avoid them for hair and results. Clients want to see your work. Use consented photographs of your own clients and your own space.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
