Sales training and coaching · Objections and closing practice
A written answer nobody has said aloud yet is not a response, it is a draft.
An objection response practice library is a shared sheet of the pushbacks your buyers raise, the best answer your team has found for each, and a score from role-play. It covers how to build the sheet from a month of real calls and how to rehearse it until the answers survive a live buyer.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
An objection response practice library is a shared sheet of the pushbacks your buyers raise, the best answer your team has found for each, and a score from role-play. It covers how to build the sheet from a month of real calls and how to rehearse it until the answers survive a live buyer.
A dealer in Hubballi tells the rep that the rate is five rupees a unit higher than the other supplier, and that the firm has bought from the other supplier for eleven years. The rep says the quality is better. The dealer replies that the same claim came with the last salesman, and the call ends politely. Nothing in the rep's head was wrong. Nothing in it had ever been said out loud before that moment either.
The library fixes that in two parts. First you log every objection for a month, in the buyer's words, with the deal it came from. Then each objection gets the answer that moved a deal, not the answer that sounds best, and each answer is rehearsed in pairs and scored. The log without the rehearsal is a document. The rehearsal without the log is acting.
The sales manager owns the sheet, and the owner reads it once a quarter, because the same objections tell the owner what to fix in the offer. Price and trust fill the biggest sections of an Indian sales sheet, so expect a long block on each. The objections list in the sales process section covers collecting; this page starts when you already have the list and need the team to answer it well.
Where this sits
Topic 4 of 8 in sales training and coaching: objections and closing practice. Rehearsing the end of the sale. Distinct from the sales-process objection and closing pages: these are practice drills.

If you want this done for you
Have a ready, honest answer when a buyer says your competitor is cheaper.
The work
What this is actually like.
“Rehearse the version said aloud”
A sentence that reads well on a sheet can take twenty seconds to say and sound like a recital. Make the rep say each answer to a colleague and cut it until it fits in two breaths. If it needs a breath mid-clause, the buyer will cut in at that point.
“The best answer is the one from a won deal”
Managers write answers from theory. Your reps already have answers that worked, buried in their own habits. Ask the three best closers how they replied the last time a buyer said the quote was too high, then compare the three. The overlap is your answer.
“Price and trust are different objections”
A price objection is a question about value, and a counter-question such as "expensive compared to what?" opens it up. A trust objection, "we have never heard of you", needs proof: a reference customer, a visit to the site, a sample. Using the price answer on a trust problem makes it worse.
“Some objections should end the call”
If the buyer wants a rate you cannot serve at a profit, the right response is a polite goodbye. A library that only teaches reps to keep talking trains discounting. Add a column for the objections where the correct answer is to stop.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
The objection log
A sheet with the buyer's exact sentence, date, rep, deal stage, deal value, and whether the deal moved afterwards. Every rep adds a row the same day, from memory if they must.
Result: Finished when a month of rows exists and no two reps have phrased the same objection the same way.
The response library
One row per objection group: the sentence, the first question to ask back, the proof to offer, the answer in two breaths, and the owner of the proof (case study, sample, reference call).
Result: Finished when a new rep can open the sheet before a call and find the row within ten seconds.
The role-play scorecard
Four scores out of five per attempt: listened before answering, asked a question back, gave proof, held tone. A partner scores, the manager samples. Date and attempt number go beside each score.
Result: Finished when every rep has two scored attempts on each of the five objections logged most times.
The proof folder
The case studies, references, sample reports and site-visit offers the answers point to, kept in one shared folder with a named person who keeps it current.
Result: Finished when each answer in the library links to a file a rep can send by WhatsApp in under a minute.
The review note
A one-page note after each review: answers added, answers dropped because they stopped working, and the objections that are now rising.
Result: Finished when the library visibly changed since the last review.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
