Automotive spare parts dealers · Digital marketing

Put the few things that bring garages and owners to the counter in one plan.

Digital marketing for a spare parts dealer is the plan that joins the map listing, WhatsApp, the website and any advertising into one way of bringing buyers to the counter. GullySales works on choosing which parts of it your shop can run and recording what each brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For automotive spare parts dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The trade needs a few channels, not every one”

A parts shop is served by a correct map listing, a well-run WhatsApp number and a simple website that shows the models in stock. Adding more accounts than the counter can tend spreads thin and leaves each one stale.

  • “Advertising suits retail parts, not the daily mechanic”

The garage that buys every day does not respond to an advertisement. A home repair buyer searching for a common part may respond. Spend where a stranger decides, and rely on service and the phone for the regular trade, because that trade already knows where the counter is.

  • “Online sellers win on listing, you win on the shelf”

A buyer comparing a marketplace with your counter weighs delivery time against price. You win when you show the part is available now and the runner can bring it. The message must say so plainly.

  • “Without a record, the effort cannot be judged”

If calls and orders are not noted by source, the owner cannot tell whether the listing, the post or the visit brought a customer. A simple tally at the counter is enough to decide where to put time.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive spare parts dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for the shop

A written choice of which channels to run, who tends each, and what each is for.

Result: Everyone knows which channels the shop uses.

  2. A baseline of calls and orders

Calls, WhatsApp enquiries and orders noted for a sample period before changes are made.

Result: You hold the starting figures.

  3. A source tally at the counter

A simple tally recording how each new buyer found you, kept by whoever takes the call.

Result: You see which channel brings buyers.

  4. Advertising brief for retail parts

If advertising is chosen, a brief covering which parts, which area and which message, with a limit set by the owner.

Result: Any advertising has a purpose and a ceiling.

  5. A review of what to keep

A discussion of the tally against the starting figures, with channels kept, changed or dropped.

Result: The plan follows what the figures show.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is digital marketing worth it for a small shop?
It is worth what the counter can act on. A correct listing and a working WhatsApp number cost little and serve every buyer. Larger spending makes sense only when the shop can handle the extra enquiries.
Should we sell parts online?
Only if you can keep the stock list current and deliver reliably. A listing that shows parts you do not have damages trust. Some shops start with a catalogue and take orders by WhatsApp before trying a full online store.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
