Bike rental companies · Lead generation

Get the rider's message while the bike is still free for the dates.

Lead generation for a bike rental company is the work of making a rider who needs a scooter or motorcycle contact your shop rather than the one beside it. GullySales works on the places a rider looks, the first message you receive and the record of who asked for which bike.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For bike rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The rider has already asked five shops”

A group stepping off the bus sends the same message to every number on the map. The lead goes to the shop that answers with a rate, a deposit and a pin, so response matters more than the advert that brought the message.

  • “Different riders arrive from different doors”

A tourist comes from Maps and Instagram, a student from a hostel group, a delivery rider from a friend. One lead plan for all of them wastes the budget; each door needs its own offer and its own number to ring.

  • “A lead with no dates is half a lead”

Someone asking the rate for a Classic 350 gives you nothing to hold a bike against. The first reply has to collect dates, pickup place and the number of bikes, or the bike sits free while the rider keeps looking.

  • “Referrals from stays go unrecorded”

A hostel desk sends guests your way every week and you never write it down. Without a note of where each rider heard of you, the best source looks the same as the worst one when you decide where to spend.

What we do

What we deliver for bike rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source note on every enquiry

A column in a sheet or CRM that records Maps, Instagram, hostel, club or walk-in against each rider and bike model.

Result: You can read which door brought which rider.

  2. Maps and search entry points

A verified profile, model pages and a WhatsApp link placed where a rider searching by town will see them.

Result: A rider can message from the listing without hunting for a number.

  3. A first reply that collects the booking facts

A saved answer giving the rate and rules, then asking dates, pickup place and number of bikes.

Result: Every reply you send ends with enough detail to hold a bike.

  4. Partner cards for stays and colleges

A printed card or message with your guest rate and one contact for hostels, homestays and campus groups.

Result: The hostel desk has something to hand over besides your name.

  5. A low-season lead plan

A separate offer and audience for the months tourists are away, such as students and gig workers.

Result: The quiet months have their own list of people to approach.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we pay for ads or fix the listing first?
Fix the listing and the reply first. An advert that sends riders to a thin profile and a slow phone pays for enquiries you then lose. Ads follow once the first message turns into a held bike.
Do aggregator apps count as lead generation?
They bring bookings, but the rider belongs to the app. Treat them as one source among others and ask every app rider to join your own list, within the platform's current rules, so the next trip comes to you.
How do we know a lead is worth a call?
A lead with dates, a licence in hand and a pickup place is worth the call. One that only asks the rate gets the saved reply first, and a call if the rider answers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
