Bike rental companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the town and the model a rider types before the bus even stops.

SEO for a bike rental company is the work of appearing in search results when a rider types a town with a model, such as Bullet on rent near the station. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the technical basics behind those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For bike rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Riders search by town and by model”

Nobody types bike rental company. They type scooty on rent in a beach town or Himalayan rental in a hill town. A site with one general page cannot answer both, so it ranks for neither.

  • “The rate is the first thing a rider scans”

A page that hides the daily rate behind a call loses the visitor to the page that prints it. Deposit, fuel rule and kilometre limit belong beside the rate, in words the rider can read at a glance.

  • “Seasonal searches arrive before the season”

Riders plan a trip well before the bus ticket is bought. Pages that are fresh and indexed before the busy months catch the planner, while pages edited the week the rush starts arrive too late.

  • “Phone-sized pages decide the click”

Searches come from a phone with a weak signal. A page that loads slowly, or buries the call button below a photo gallery, is left before the rate is seen.

What we do

What we deliver for bike rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each model and town

Separate pages for the Activa, Classic 350, Himalayan and electric scooter in each town you serve, each with its own rate and rules.

Result: A search for one model lands on the page for that model.

  2. Rate, deposit and rules in plain text

A table or short list in readable text, not inside an image, so search engines and riders both read it.

Result: The rider reads the whole offer without calling.

  3. Titles and descriptions that name town and bike

Page titles and snippets written around the words riders type, with the shop name last.

Result: Your result says exactly what the searcher asked for.

  4. A phone-first technical clean-up

Image sizes, page speed and a call and WhatsApp button that stay in view as the page scrolls.

Result: The page opens and the button works on a weak mobile connection.

  5. Search Console tracking

Google Search Console set up so you can see which searches show your pages and which pages draw a click.

Result: You can read the real searches behind each enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a small shop outrank the big rental names?
On a search for a specific town and model, a local shop with a clear page can appear beside the large names. We do not promise a position; we work on the pages that make a ranking possible.
Do we need a blog for SEO?
Route guides and rider questions help when they answer what riders ask, such as fuel stops and return rules. Posts written only to add pages do not. We choose topics from real enquiries.
Is SEO different from Maps ranking?
Yes. Maps ranks your profile by distance, reviews and hours, while search ranks your website pages. A rental shop needs both, and they support each other.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
