Bus dealerships · Search engine optimisation

Put your school bus and coach pages in front of the buyer who types a model and a town.

SEO for a bus dealership is the work of making your model, seating and body pages appear when a school, contractor or operator searches for a bus to buy. GullySales works on the page structure, the wording and the technical set-up that let a search engine read your stock.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For bus dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by model, seating and town”

A transport in-charge types a chassis name, a seating count and a district, not a brand slogan. A site with one page called Our Buses cannot answer that, while a page for each model and body type can.

  • “Pre-owned buses need their own pages”

A used-bus buyer may travel from another district, so the year, permit, fitness status and seating decide whether the trip is made. A single list of photographs gives a search engine nothing to match against what the buyer typed.

  • “Comparison searches reach the committee”

The trustee reads about body makers, running costs and service support before agreeing to a visit. Plain articles that compare these points bring the committee to your site before the quotation arrives.

  • “Slow, heavy pages lose the phone visitor”

Enquiries arrive from a phone on a mobile connection. A page loaded with large photographs of coaches, and a form that is hard to tap, loses the visitor before the quotation request is sent.

What we do

What we deliver for bus dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each model and body type

Seating, body options, luggage and safety fittings in plain words, with photographs of delivered buses and a quotation button.

Result: Each page answers the search that names that model.

  2. Pre-owned bus listing pages

One page per used bus with year, permit type, fitness status, seating and photographs, taken down when the bus is sold.

Result: The yard on the site matches the yard on the ground.

  3. Buying guides for institutions

Articles on choosing seating for a school run, comparing body builders and planning a replacement of an ageing fleet.

Result: A committee member finds a clear answer on your site.

  4. Technical clean-up

Page titles, headings, image sizes and mobile layout corrected so the pages load and read properly on a phone.

Result: The site passes a plain check on a mid-range handset.

  5. Search tracking

Search Console and call tracking set up, with enquiries from search noted separately from other sources.

Result: The register shows which pages brought enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the site ranks?
Nobody can promise a position or a date, and a dealer who does is guessing. The work is to make each page correct and useful, then read the search data to see which pages bring enquiries.
Should we write about electric buses?
Only where you can confirm the facts with the maker. Subsidy schemes and charging needs change by state, so state what you know, name the source and avoid claims you cannot support.
Do we need a blog?
A few strong guides help more than a daily post. Write what the transport in-charge asks you in person, and answer it plainly once, on a page that can be found.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
