Bus dealerships · Website

Build the site as a catalogue of buses with a quotation request on every page.

A website for a bus dealership is a catalogue of models and pre-owned vehicles with a clear route to ask for a quotation. GullySales works on the page structure, the photographs, the enquiry form and the speed on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For bus dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page cannot hold a stock”

A single Our Buses page forces the visitor to scroll through photographs with no seating or body detail. A page for each model and each used bus gives a search engine and a buyer something to read.

  • “The form must ask what a quotation needs”

A bare name and number tells the salesman nothing. Ask for the organisation, the route, the seating, the body type and the date needed, so the first reply is a real quotation.

  • “Trust comes from visible proof”

Buyers look for the yard address, delivered vehicles, body builder names and service support. A site that hides these makes the trustee ask for them by phone, or go to another dealer.

  • “The phone visitor decides in seconds”

Visits arrive on a mobile connection. Heavy images, small buttons and a form that is hard to complete lose the buyer before the enquiry reaches you.

What we do

What we deliver for bus dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Model pages with seating and body options

One page per model, with seating, body maker choices, luggage, safety fittings and a quotation button.

Result: Each page gives a committee enough to ask for a quotation.

  2. Pre-owned bus pages

A page per used bus with year, permit, fitness status, seating and photographs, removed when sold.

Result: A buyer can check papers before travelling.

  3. An enquiry form built for fleet buyers

Fields for organisation, route, seating, body and date needed, connected to the register.

Result: Every enquiry arrives ready to quote.

  4. A delivered buses and body builders page

Photographs of handovers, used with written agreement, and the body makers you work with.

Result: The visitor sees proof of past work.

  5. Phone-first layout and speed

Images sized for mobile, large tap targets and a WhatsApp button on every page.

Result: The site works on an ordinary handset.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
Show the model, seating and body options and invite a quotation request. A fixed price can mislead, since body, finance and registration change the figure.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
We read the old site first. If its pages, forms and speed can be mended, we mend them, and if not we say which parts need rebuilding.
Who updates the pre-owned list?
Name one person in the dealership. A sold bus left on the site costs you the trust of every buyer who travels to find it gone.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
