Car wash centres · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the number every customer already has into a booking line for the bay.

WhatsApp marketing for a car wash centre is the use of WhatsApp Business to take bookings, send reminders and share offers with customers who have agreed to hear from the centre. GullySales works on the business profile, the message set and the consent that keeps the list clean.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For car wash centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The customer already asks on WhatsApp”

Drivers message to ask the price, whether there is a queue and if a slot is free. A business number with a catalogue, a greeting and quick replies answers these without the owner typing the same lines all day.

  • “The society group is a recommendation engine”

A resident who praises the wash in the basement group does more than any advertisement. The centre does not join uninvited. It gives the happy resident a short, easy message to forward, and respects the group's rules.

  • “A broadcast to everyone is a broadcast to no one”

Sending the same offer to plan holders, cab drivers and one-time visitors wastes the message. Lists by customer type let each group receive what applies to it, and keep the opt-out count low.

  • “Consent is the line between a service and spam”

A number taken for a receipt is not an invitation to send offers. The centre asks at the counter, records the answer and honours a request to stop. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for car wash centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile set up properly

Business name, address, hours, a short description and a catalogue of washes and add-ons, matching the Google profile.

Result: A customer who opens the chat sees the same prices as the board.

  2. Quick replies for the common questions

Saved answers for price, hours, plans and location, ready to send in one tap.

Result: An attendant answers the usual questions the same way every time.

  3. A booking flow for slots

A short exchange that fixes a slot for a plan holder or a society trial day and notes it.

Result: A slot request ends in a clear confirmation.

  4. Customer lists for broadcasts

Groups for plan holders, regulars, cabs and societies, built only from people who agreed to receive messages.

Result: A message to one list does not go to another.

  5. A message set for reminders and offers

Short texts for a due wash, a plan about to end and an off-peak offer, with a stop option.

Result: Each message has one request and one way to opt out.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not for a small centre. The Business app covers profile, catalogue and quick replies. The API suits larger volume or several outlets, and we say so only if your numbers need it.
Can we add customers to a group?
Add only people who have agreed, and prefer a broadcast list over a large group. Check the platform's current rules so the number is not restricted.
What should the first message say?
Say who you are, why you are writing and what the customer can do next. A short, polite note with a single action does better than a long offer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
