Commercial vehicle repair workshops · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the driver who searches near the highway.

Local SEO for a commercial vehicle workshop is the work of appearing in the map results for a driver or dispatcher looking for a mechanic near a road, a toll plaza or an industrial area. GullySales works on the listing, the photographs and the reviews behind that result.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For commercial vehicle repair workshops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The driver searches by place, in the dark”

A breakdown at night produces a search on a phone with a weak signal. A listing that shows night hours, the road and a working number gets the tap, and a listing that shows closed does not.

  • “A pin on a yard needs the right entry”

Drivers of long vehicles need to know the gate, the turn and the space. A listing with a correct pin and a photograph of the entrance saves a lost truck and a lost job.

  • “Reviews from transporters weigh more than from cars”

A fleet manager reads reviews for words about trucks, invoices and honesty. Reviews from other transporters do more for a heavy vehicle yard than praise from a car owner.

  • “Mobile units serve roads, not a pin”

If a mechanic travels to the breakdown, the service area is the stretch of road covered. A listing that names the stretches reaches drivers a pin would miss.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial vehicle repair workshops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete verified listing

Name, address, hours, night service, services and truck makes entered carefully, with a phone line that is answered.

Result: The listing is right when a driver needs it.

  2. Photographs of the yard, the entry and the work

Real images of the gate, the bays, lifts, tools and finished jobs.

Result: A driver sees where the truck will go.

  3. A review ask at the invoice

A short request, with the link, made when the fleet owner or driver collects the truck.

Result: New reviews come from people who were there.

  4. Replies to every review

A written reply to praise and to complaints, dealing plainly with estimates, parts and delay.

Result: A fleet manager sees how you handle a dispute.

  5. Service area set to the stretches you cover

The roads, towns and industrial areas for mobile work, drawn from your own jobs.

Result: The listing reaches the roads you serve.

  6. Calls and directions read from the listing

The listing's own counts of calls and direction requests, compared with the starting baseline.

Result: You see whether the listing brings trucks.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our yard is outside the town. Does Maps still work?
Yes, since drivers search by the road and the nearest town. Put the road, the landmark and a clear photograph of the gate on the listing. A pin that is slightly off sends trucks to the wrong lane.
Should we list the tow service separately?
Only if it is run as its own service with its own number and hours. If the same people answer, keep it on one listing and name the tow in the description and services.
Can we reply to a review that accuses us of overcharging?
Yes, calmly, with the estimate and the parts list if the customer agreed to share them. Never argue in public. A clear public answer is read by every fleet manager who checks the listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
