Employee transport operators · WhatsApp marketing

Use the app the facility head already has open to answer the question they ask at night.

WhatsApp marketing for an employee transport operator is using a business number to answer facility heads, send papers and keep running clients informed. GullySales sets up the profile, the replies and the rules for who sends what.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For employee transport operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The facility head asks on WhatsApp first”

A late cab or a roster change is raised in a message, not a ticket. An operator whose business number answers with a clear next step is trusted. One whose reply comes from a driver's personal phone is not.

  • “A shared number needs rules”

If the founder, the sales head and the control room all message from one account, the client gets three tones. Decide who replies about sales, who about operations and who about complaints, and tell the client.

  • “Documents travel better with a covering line”

A PDF of the vendor pack sent without a note is easy to ignore. One sentence saying what is attached and what you need back makes it an action. Keep the commercial terms in email.

  • “Messages to employees are not yours to start”

Passengers share their numbers with the client for transport. Contacting them without the client's agreement risks the account. Any employee communication goes through the client's own channel or on their written approval.

What we do

What we deliver for employee transport operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up

Name, description, hours, catalogue of services and link to the vendor pack on a WhatsApp Business account.

Result: A new contact sees a company, not a personal number.

  2. Reply library

Prepared answers for rosters, change requests, trial enquiries and papers, edited for each case.

Result: The common questions are answered in the same words.

  3. Role split

A written rule on who replies about sales, operations and complaints, with a hand-over method.

Result: The client always reaches the right person.

  4. Document sending routine

A standard covering line and file naming for the vendor pack and trial proposal.

Result: Papers arrive labelled and are easy to find later.

  5. Opt-in and records

A way to note which contacts agreed to messages and to keep a record of what was sent.

Result: You can show who agreed to hear from you.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to prospects?
Check the platform's current rules on business messaging and contact permission before any bulk send. For this trade a few well-aimed messages to named people serve better than a broadcast.
Should drivers be in client groups?
Only if the client asks and agrees. A group with drivers and employees needs a moderator and rules, because a complaint posted in front of everyone becomes harder to settle.
Do we need the paid business API?
Not to start. The ordinary business app handles a small account list. Consider the API only when message volume or several agents make the app unmanageable.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
