Luxury car dealerships · Digital marketing

Use digital to bring the right household to a private drive, and nothing louder.

Digital marketing for a luxury car dealership covers search, the website, the Business Profile, messages and selective paid reach, joined up so a buyer's first search ends in a conversation with a named manager. GullySales works on the order of the work, what to leave alone and how to read the results against your own enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For luxury car dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is cheap and the right buyer is not”

A broad audience for a premium car fills the enquiry list with students and window-shoppers. The better aim is a small list of owners, business circles and warm prospects reached carefully.

  • “The brand holds some channels”

Manufacturers control model campaigns, logos and some paid media. The dealer's digital work lives in what the brand leaves open: local search, owner communication, pre-owned and the showroom's own pages.

  • “Every channel must end at a person”

A click that lands in a form with no named caller is wasted. Each digital route should end at a manager's phone or message, with the reply tracked in the register.

  • “Measurement has to reach the showroom”

Clicks and impressions mean little unless matched to test drives and bookings. The register is where digital work is judged.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury car dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

Which digital routes the dealership should use, which to leave to the brand and which to skip, with reasons.

Result: You know where the effort goes and why.

  2. A pre-owned listing set-up

Each certified car listed on portals and the site with the same record of service and owners.

Result: Pre-owned stock appears with full information.

  3. Selective paid campaigns

Small, targeted campaigns to lists of owners and lookalike business households, within the brand's rules.

Result: Paid reach is aimed at named groups.

  4. Enquiry-to-drive tracking

A line in the register for every digital enquiry showing if it reached a drive or a booking.

Result: Digital sources are compared by drives.

  5. A review of the first quarter of activity

A sit-down with the sales head to read what the register shows and decide what to repeat or drop.

Result: The next step is chosen from your own record.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Dealer groups holding several luxury brands under one owner
  • Luxury car dealers who also arrange imports and customisation

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

Is digital worth it for a few hundred buyers a year?
The question is what each channel costs against the drives it brings. Start with the work that costs little, such as the profile and the register, then add paid reach where the record supports it.
Who controls our online image, the dealer or the brand?
Both. The brand sets the rules for logos and campaigns and the dealer controls the local profile, reviews and owner communication. Agree the boundary in writing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
