PPF installation centres · WhatsApp marketing

Turn a one-line WhatsApp message into a quote you can stand behind.

WhatsApp marketing for a PPF centre means using the chat the buyer already opened to collect details, send quotes and keep owners informed. GullySales works on the business profile, the first reply and the message sets, with consent kept in view.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For PPF installation centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message is thin”

A buyer sends the car model and asks the cost. Replying with a bare figure invites a price comparison. A reply that asks for the year, colour, coverage wanted and a photo of the car keeps the conversation going and makes a real quote possible.

  • “Quotes sent as screenshots are lost”

A quote pasted into chat is hard to find later. A short PDF or a link to a quote page, sent with a summary, gives the buyer something to forward to a spouse or friend and gives you something to refer back to.

  • “Photos carry more trust than words”

A buyer who receives a close-up of an edge on a similar car understands the craft. Keep a library of consented images by model, ready to send.

  • “Broadcasts need consent and restraint”

Messaging past customers about aftercare or a new film is useful. Sending promotions to people who did not agree is not. Keep a list of those who opted in, and check the platform's current rules before sending.

What we do

What we deliver for PPF installation centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up

Name, address, hours, catalogue of coverage options and an away message on the WhatsApp Business profile.

Result: A profile that explains what you fit.

  2. First-reply script

A standard answer that asks for model, year, coverage and photos, and says what happens next.

Result: A script every team member uses.

  3. Quote message format

A fixed layout for panels, film, warranty wording and price.

Result: A quote format that reads the same each time.

  4. Photo library

Consented close-ups sorted by car model and film, with plates hidden.

Result: A folder your team can send from.

  5. Opt-in list and message sets

A list of owners who agreed to hear from you, with aftercare and reminder messages.

Result: A list with the consent recorded.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to every number we have?
Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules first. Aftercare notes to your own customers are on firmer ground than cold promotions.
Should one phone handle all chats?
A shared business number with more than one logged-in team member is safer than a personal phone. A record of chats also protects the centre if a dispute arises about what was quoted.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
