Roadside assistance providers · Lead generation

Find the insurers, dealers and fleets that can send you jobs before a breakdown happens.

Lead generation for a roadside assistance provider is the work of finding the partners and members who will route a stranded vehicle to you, long before the vehicle stops. GullySales works on the list of named buyers, the first approach to each and the record of every conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For roadside assistance providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The lead is a contract, not a call”

A stranded driver rings once and is gone. The lead that matters is the insurer panel, the dealer group or the fleet that decides where thousands of future breakdowns go, and that buyer is reached through a role, not through an advert.

  • “Three partners can be a single point of failure”

When the volume sits with a few partners, one panel change removes the work. Lead generation starts with a map of who is approached, who is dormant and which segment has no contact at all.

  • “The buyer is a different person in each segment”

An insurer's claims head, a dealer's service manager and a fleet's operations lead each ask a different question. A single pitch sent to all three is read by none of them.

  • “Retail members are leads you already hold”

A driver who bought membership with a car or a card is a renewal and a referral waiting. If nobody follows up after the first year, the member rings a random tow operator instead.

What we do

What we deliver for roadside assistance providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A named buyer list by segment

Insurers, brokers, dealer groups, card issuers, cab aggregators and rental firms, each with the role to approach and the reason they would care.

Result: You can see who has been approached and who has not.

  2. A first message per role

A short opening written for the claims head, the service manager and the fleet lead separately, using only facts you can show.

Result: Each buyer reads something written for their job.

  3. A coverage summary built for a procurement desk

One sheet of towns, routes and arrangements, drawn from what you supply, that can sit inside a partner comparison.

Result: The partner's team can copy your coverage into their table.

  4. A conversation record for every buyer

Who was contacted, what was asked, what was promised and who owes the next step, kept in one place.

Result: No buyer is chased twice by two people or forgotten.

  5. A retail enquiry path

A plan page and a call-back route for the individual driver, answered by someone on your side.

Result: Drivers who ask about membership reach a person.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can you guarantee partner meetings?
No. GullySales prepares the list, the pack and the outreach, and runs it. Whether a buyer agrees to meet is the buyer's decision, and we do not promise a meeting or a contract.
Should we chase retail members or partners first?
Look at where the jobs come from now. If a few partners carry the book, a second partner source comes first. Retail adds a separate stream and needs its own renewal effort.
Do you buy lead lists?
We build the list from public company information and your own contacts, one buyer at a time. Bought lists are rarely clean enough for named-role outreach, and we do not rely on them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
