Self-drive car rental companies · Digital marketing

Put your cars in front of renters at the moment they plan a trip.

Digital marketing for a self-drive company joins search, Maps, ads, social posts and WhatsApp into one route from a renter's first search to a collected key. GullySales works out which parts your fleet needs now, and builds them in order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For self-drive car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Demand is seasonal and so should the plan be”

Long weekends, school holidays and festivals decide when cars are wanted. Spending evenly across the year puts the money where there are no renters. The plan should lean toward the weeks when people choose a car.

  • “The channels do different jobs”

Search finds the ready renter, Maps confirms the pickup point is real, Instagram shows the trip, and WhatsApp closes the booking. Treating them as separate projects leaves gaps where a renter drops out.

  • “An ad for a booked car costs money”

A paid ad that sends a renter to a car already out until Monday wastes the click and the trust. Ads should be switched to the cars and dates that are free, and stopped when they are not.

What we do

What we deliver for self-drive car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan from your fleet

A written plan showing which channels serve which cars and seasons, set beside your enquiry sheet.

Result: You know what each channel is for.

  2. Search and Maps foundation

Pages and profiles for cars, cities and pickup points, so people searching find you.

Result: Your cars appear for the searches that name them.

  3. Google Ads for open dates

Search ads aimed at specific models and cities, scheduled around when cars are free.

Result: Ad spend follows the cars that need renters.

  4. Social and WhatsApp content

Posts and saved replies built from the same car pages and trip guides.

Result: One message appears the same on every channel.

  5. Measurement sheet

A record of enquiries, bookings and cancelled dates by channel, kept from the start.

Result: You can compare what each channel brought in.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small fleet spend first?
On the places renters already look: your Maps profile, a page per car and a clean WhatsApp reply. Paid ads come after, when the booking route works and you know which cars need demand.
How do we compare digital leads with app bookings?
Count each at the cost to you. An app booking carries a commission; your own lead costs your time and media. Track both on the same sheet so you can see which brings renters who return.
What will GullySales not do?
We do not promise rankings, enquiries or bookings. We set up the pages, profiles, ads and replies, show you the numbers, and say plainly what each channel has and has not brought.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
