Tempo traveller rental companies · Local SEO

Show up on the map when someone nearby needs twelve seats and a driver.

Local SEO for a tempo traveller rental company is the work of making your Google Business Profile and local pages appear for searches that include your area, neighbourhood or city. GullySales works on the profile, the area pages and the reviews that a customer sees before ringing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For tempo traveller rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Customers search by area, not just city”

A family in Whitefield or Kothrud searches for a tempo traveller near them. If your listing names only the city, the nearer operator with the neighbourhood in the profile is shown first.

  • “The pick-up point matters more than the office”

Some operators park the vans away from the registered address. A profile that lists a garage address the customer cannot visit confuses the search and the caller. State the pick-up areas you actually serve.

  • “Photographs decide the call”

Buyers cannot touch the van. They look at the Maps photographs of the seats, the legroom and the luggage rack. A profile with dealer stock images loses to one with a driver standing beside the actual vehicle.

  • “Review replies are read by the next buyer”

A reply to a complaint about a late arrival tells the next reader how you handle problems. A blank reply tells them nothing. Write each reply in plain words and name the fix.

What we do

What we deliver for tempo traveller rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

Name, business type, service areas, phone, opening hours, and a services list naming each seater type.

Result: A complete profile with the service areas customers search.

  2. Photograph set for each van

Exterior, interior, seats, boot space and driver cabin, taken in daylight and added in a planned order.

Result: A photograph gallery that shows the inside of every van.

  3. Area pages

Short pages for the neighbourhoods and nearby towns you pick up from, each stating the pick-up point.

Result: A page for each area where you take bookings.

  4. Review request and reply routine

A message after each trip with the review link, and a reply written for every review.

Result: A review page that shows replies to the good and the bad.

  5. Directory listing clean-up

Name, address and phone made identical across the directories where your business is listed.

Result: One consistent set of details wherever you appear.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list more than one location?
Only where you have a real place where customers meet the vehicle or you operate staffed from it. Listing a location you do not use breaks the platform's rules and can get the profile suspended. Check the platform's current rules.
Do reviews from past customers on other platforms count?
They help buyers who see them, but the profile reads its own reviews. Ask recent customers to post on Maps, and keep the request short enough to finish on the way home.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
