Tempo traveller rental companies · Website

A website that shows the van, the route and the rate on one phone screen.

A website for a tempo traveller rental company is a small set of pages that show your vans, your routes and your terms, and make it easy to message you. GullySales plans the pages, writes the copy with you and builds a site that loads well on the phones your buyers use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tempo traveller rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a group chat”

People open your link from a forwarded message on a mobile. A heavy page with a slow slider loses them. Show the van photographs, the rate chart and the message button without scrolling through banners.

  • “Rates and terms belong on the page”

A site that hides the kilometre rate and night halt rule forces a phone call some will not make. Showing a starting rate and the common trips lets the visitor decide and message you with the date.

  • “Trust is proved with papers and faces”

A buyer wants to see permits, insurance, driver names and a real address. Put them on an about page with photographs. A site with no people on it looks like a listing with a number.

  • “The site has to feed the dispatcher”

A form that asks twelve questions is abandoned. Ask date, head count, pick-up and destination, then deliver it to the dispatcher's WhatsApp so the answer goes out while the visitor is still online.

What we do

What we deliver for tempo traveller rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

Home, vans, routes, rates, about and contact, each with a single job and a single message button.

Result: A site map that fits how a buyer decides.

  2. Van and route pages

A page per van and per popular trip with photographs, distances and terms.

Result: Pages a visitor can forward to the group.

  3. Rate and terms page

Starting rates, kilometre limits, halts, tolls and cancellation written in plain words.

Result: A page that settles the bill before the trip.

  4. Enquiry form linked to WhatsApp

A short form that sends the answers to your dispatcher's chat and confirms to the visitor.

Result: An enquiry that arrives ready to quote.

  5. Mobile build and tracking

A light, phone-first layout with analytics and call tracking switched on.

Result: A site that works on a small screen and records its enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need our own website if we are on portals?
Yes. A portal owns the customer and the comparison. Your own site lets you show your vans, state your terms and keep the contact. Use portals for extra trips, not as the only door.
What should the site include on day one?
Photographs of each van, a rate chart for your common trips, your terms, your papers and one way to message you. Add route pages and guides after the basics are in place.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
