Used two-wheeler dealers · Search engine optimisation

Let a search for your bikes land on your stock page and not on a rival's.

SEO for a used two-wheeler dealer is the work of making a search such as "second hand Activa near me" end at your own pages. GullySales works on stock pages, model pages and the technical basics that let a search engine read them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For used two-wheeler dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by model, not by dealer”

The searcher types a model, sometimes a year, and a town. A site that only says "quality used bikes" matches none of it. Pages need the model name, the variant and the place written the way a buyer says them aloud.

  • “Sold bikes leave dead pages behind”

A listing that stays up after the bike is sold sends the buyer to disappointment and teaches the search engine that the site is stale. Each sold bike's page needs a decision: redirect to similar stock, or keep it as a record of past sales.

  • “Marketplaces outrank the small dealer”

Big listing sites take the first results for common searches. The dealer wins elsewhere: the exact local phrase, a particular model in a particular town, and pages that explain papers and reconditioning in plain words.

  • “Slow, heavy photo pages lose the visit”

Phone buyers on mobile data abandon a page that loads twelve large photographs. Compressed images and a clear first photo keep the stock page readable on a cheap handset in a market town.

What we do

What we deliver for used two-wheeler dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Model and area page plan

A list of the bike models you buy again and again, paired with the towns and neighbourhoods you serve, each planned as a page with its own heading and text.

Result: A written map of pages against searches buyers make.

  2. A stock page template

One layout for every bike: model, year, kilometres, owner count, price, papers, photographs and a WhatsApp button.

Result: New stock goes live in one consistent format.

  3. A sold-bike rule

A decision for each page once the bike is sold, so the site neither shows dead stock nor loses its pages.

Result: No sold bike sits in the live stock list.

  4. Papers and reconditioning explainers

Plain pages on the RC check, loan clearance, name transfer and what a reconditioned bike has had done.

Result: Buyer questions answered on pages a search engine can read.

  5. Technical clean-up

Titles, descriptions, image sizes, mobile layout and sitemap reviewed against the stock pages.

Result: A checklist of fixes with each marked done or open.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website, or is a marketplace listing enough?
A marketplace listing finds buyers inside that app. A website of your own finds those who search the open web and gives you a page to point a reel, a profile and a visiting card at. Having both is sensible.
Which words matter most?
The model, the variant, the town and the phrase buyers use for second hand. Use them where a buyer would naturally read them, in headings and in the first lines of text, without stuffing the page.
Will SEO fill the yard?
SEO is a way of being found, and it does not choose what the buyer buys. Price, photographs and the reply still decide the sale. GullySales does not promise any ranking or number of enquiries.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
