Vehicle leasing companies · Digital marketing

Run one plan across search, partners and chat so each lease enquiry has a source.

Digital marketing for a leasing company joins search, social posts, email, chat and partner channels into one plan with a count of what each brings. GullySales works on the plan, the tracking and the order in which to build, starting from where you already get leases.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For vehicle leasing companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels compete for the same budget”

A search ad, a dealer programme and an employer drive all need time. Without a count by source, spend goes to the loudest channel, not the one that signs leases.

  • “Lease buyers arrive in several steps”

A buyer may read a guide, search again, call, then sign after a CA conversation. Tracking only the last click credits the wrong thing.

  • “Partner channels are digital too”

A dealer kit, an employer proposal and a CA explainer are all pieces your team produces and sends online. They belong in the plan beside search and social.

  • “The plan must fit your team”

A campaign your staff cannot follow up is wasted. Build in the order your team can answer, starting with the channel closest to a signed lease.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle leasing companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Source-by-source baseline

A count of enquiries, applications and signed leases by channel from your current records.

Result: You know where signed leases come from today.

  2. Channel plan

A written plan stating which channels to build, in what order, and why.

Result: The plan names a first channel and a reason.

  3. Tracking set-up

Tags and forms that record the source on each enquiry.

Result: Every new lead carries a source.

  4. Campaign brief per channel

A brief covering audience, message, landing page and follow-up owner.

Result: Each campaign has a page and an owner.

  5. Review routine

A regular look at the counts by source, with a decision on what to continue.

Result: Decisions rest on counts, not on impressions.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new leasing company begin?
Begin with the pages that compare lease and loan, and the dealers closest to your customers. These meet buyers who are already deciding.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Leads depend on your terms, your market and how promptly your team answers. We set up the work and the count so you can see what each channel brings.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
