Vehicle modification workshops · Digital marketing

Put the workshop's finished builds in front of owners as they plan an upgrade.

Digital marketing for a modification workshop is the combined work of search, map listings, social posts and paid ads that bring owners to a build they like. GullySales works on how those pieces send the owner to a single chat or booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For vehicle modification workshops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The journey crosses five places”

An owner sees a post, searches the model, checks the map and reads a review before sending a message. A workshop absent from any of them loses the owner at that step.

  • “Paid ads need a model and a place”

An advert for accessories reaches everybody and books nobody. One aimed at a car model, within driving distance, with a finished build in the picture, reaches the owner who might book.

  • “Seasonal demand has a pattern”

Touring, festival and new-car months bring different jobs. A plan that follows them prepares pages and ads before the owner starts looking.

  • “Every channel must end in the same place”

A post, an ad and a listing that all lead to the same chat or booking form make results readable. Several different routes make the enquiry record impossible to trust.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle modification workshops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan from your own enquiries

A short plan naming which channels send real jobs and which do not.

Result: A page that says where to spend and where to stop.

  2. Ads by car model and upgrade

Campaigns aimed at owners of specific models near the workshop.

Result: Ads that name the car and show a build.

  3. One booking route

A single chat link or form used on every post, ad and listing.

Result: One entry point, so each enquiry is counted once.

  4. A seasonal calendar

Touring, new-car and festival periods mapped to pages and posts.

Result: A calendar showing what goes live ahead of each season.

  5. An enquiry tracking sheet

Source, car, job type and outcome for each enquiry.

Result: A sheet you can read to see what brought paying jobs.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend?
Start with what you can recover from a typical job and a small test on one model. GullySales does not promise leads or sales from any spend.
Can we do just search and skip social?
Yes. Your enquiry record shows which channel earns its place, and the plan follows that, not a fixed list.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
