Vehicle modification workshops · WhatsApp marketing

Make the chat where the screenshot arrives the place the job gets booked.

WhatsApp marketing for a modification workshop is using the chat, where owners already send car pictures, to scope, quote and book work. GullySales works on the business profile, the replies and the catalogue behind it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For vehicle modification workshops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message is a picture of someone else's car”

The owner has no model, no budget and no plan. A reply that asks for those four things keeps the chat alive; a reply that quotes a price starts an argument.

  • “A personal number loses the thread”

When staff change or a phone is lost, the history goes. A business profile with labels and saved replies keeps every enquiry with the workshop.

  • “A catalogue shows the work”

Owners browse before they ask. A catalogue of upgrades by car type, with photos and starting scope, lets them choose a topic before the first message.

  • “Broadcast lists need consent”

Sending offers to every contact upsets the owner. Add people who asked to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on promotional messages.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle modification workshops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile with the details right

Name, address, hours, services and a link to your portfolio.

Result: A profile owners trust at first look.

  2. Saved replies for the common questions

Answers for price, legality, time on the lift and what to send for a quote.

Result: Replies your staff pick from a list.

  3. A catalogue of upgrades

Items grouped by lighting, audio, wheels, wraps and interiors, with photos.

Result: A catalogue an owner browses in the chat.

  4. Labels for stage and car type

Tags for new enquiry, quote sent, approved and delivered.

Result: Chats sorted by stage, not by recent message.

  5. A consent-based update list

Owners who asked to hear about new builds or touring-season offers.

Result: A list with a record of who agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we run this from one phone?
For a small workshop, yes, with the business app and labels. A shared tool is added only when more than one person answers.
Is sending offers to old customers allowed?
Only to people who agreed to hear from you. Check the platform's current rules before sending any promotional message.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
