Banks · Case studies and testimonials

Describe how an MSME loan actually helped, without inventing a number.

Case studies for a bank describe, with permission, how a customer used a loan or a service: a manufacturer taking working capital, or a family financing a home. They never disclose private financial details or invented outcomes. GullySales writes these carefully within what customer privacy and RBI norms allow.

A 45-minute audit call, a written and scored report within a few working days, then a monthly report against your baseline.

A patchwork quilt stretched on a wooden frame across two trestles: every square pieced but one, which is pinned with a needle and thread standing in it mid-seam, with a pin cushion and thread spools on the rail, scissors laid on the cloth and a basket of cut squares on the floor beneath

What case studies and testimonials means

Case studies and testimonials are written accounts of a real customer's problem and result, used to show a new prospect what working with you actually looks like. GullySales writes these from real engagements and keeps every fact and figure exactly as the customer stated it.

For banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Anonymised scenarios work when a named case study is not possible

A description of how a typical small trader used a Kisan credit card or a working capital loan, without naming the customer, still builds relevant trust for a similar prospect.

  • A named testimonial needs explicit, documented consent

A customer willing to be named and quoted about their experience with a home loan process gives a case study far more credibility, but only with clear consent obtained first.

  • The story should focus on process, not returns

A case study describing how quickly a loan was sanctioned, or how clearly a scheme was explained, is safer and more honest. It avoids implying a financial outcome the bank cannot promise.

What we do

What we deliver for banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Anonymised scenario write-ups

Written scenarios describing how a typical small trader used a Kisan credit card or a working capital loan, without naming the customer.

Result: A similar prospect sees a realistic, relevant story.

  2. Consent and compliance checklist

A written consent form and a compliance review step built into the process before any named customer or quote is published.

Result: Nothing goes live without the customer's and your compliance team's sign-off.

  3. Process-focused case study drafts

Stories describing how quickly a loan was sanctioned or how clearly a scheme was explained, written to avoid implying a financial outcome.

Result: The story builds trust without promising an outcome the bank cannot control.

  4. Placement across the website and branch

The finished stories placed on the relevant product page, in branch print and in sales collateral, not left as a single standalone page.

Result: A hesitant customer finds the story exactly where they are deciding.

How the result is measured

  • Case studies published
  • Case studies used in proposals
  • Enquiries citing a case study

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for banks

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your branch-level Google Business Profile, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp, and your reviews. Then we check where enquiries currently drop off between the counter and the loan desk.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Every branch listing completed and accurate, a fast reply routine, and a shared record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build the product pages

A clear page for each priority product, written for the customer's real question, with eligibility, documentation and a way to start an enquiry.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search, reviews from real customers, referrals, and paid search for products where the search already exists and you want it this quarter.

  5. 5

    Keep and deepen the relationship

Onboarding that gets a new account active, renewal reminders for deposits, and cross-selling that actually fits the customer.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we mention actual numbers from a customer's loan?
Only with the customer's explicit consent and within your compliance team's approval, and we never invent a number to make a story sound better.
Do these need legal review?
Yes, we recommend your compliance team reviews any case study before publishing, given the sensitivity of financial customer information.
How soon would we see more enquiries?
Fixing reply time and each branch's Google Business Profile shows in weeks, because the searches are already happening. Ranking product pages and building a stronger review base takes several months. We tell you which is which in the audit.
Do we need to advertise?
Most branches benefit first from a faster reply and a complete profile, which cost nothing in media. Advertising helps for a specific product, such as a personal loan push before a festive season, where search demand is real.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
